Bill Payment is limited to already established payees. New payees must be set up through Online banking before gaining access through CCCB Mobile Banking.
There is NO FEE from CCCB to access or download our app, however, fees from your mobile service provider may apply.

Have a bit of a problem..the app opens i can enter to use the screen to enter username password..but then a pop up shpws up saying there was an update it says..securely logging in the little icon just spins for hours the spp is great im usually delighted sure this is a little hiccup
I've never had a problem with it. I love how you can click instant balance without logging in. Good bank!
App is installed on S22+ but will not open , all permissions are on , and have installed and Uninstalled twice , frustrated

Works half the time and I always have to go to the bank to reset the password because it locks me out all the time. Better off switching banks and not having these issues in the first place.
