App does the job for searching claims and even submitting claims. One thing they need to change is to allow other formats for receipts. We can only upload pics but we should be able to upload PDFs too. Also, app doesn't show upfront out of pocket to meet before HRA reimburses. This is available on website.
Can never log into app, but can only log in online. What's the use? 🤷🏾♀️
Confusing listing as this does not inform the potential user that thid app is meamt for the receiving clinic and not the real live user. The "invitation" I got from my clinic was on my desktop and not transferable to my phone with a different OS. This app is useless to me!
Without this app it would be so much harder to file claims and manage my account. This is a must have for anyone who uses the clairty system.
Worst app ever. Can't do anything, Can't change password, Can't change security answers, login is not the same as web. You go to app settings & all that's there is clear username. A 5 yr old can create a better app....totally awful....ridiculous get locked out now all the time. If this happens after 7pm I'm screwed till the next day if it's a Friday I'm totally screwed till Monday God forbid Monday is a holiday. A few of us have already emailed HR they need to cancel contract with this company
Could not log in, even though I logged in on a computer at the same time using the same information...
This app is terrible. Buttons are unclear as to what year or which dependant you are submitting claims for therefore this company punishes you by shutting off your account because their app doesn't work correctly.
Won't let me open the app without an employee i.d. #. I've been retired for years... Worthless!!
Can't submit claim - requires category but drop down disabled. App unusable without claim functionality.
Most of the time it is easy to use so that I can send my doctor my blood sugar results from my Dexcom G6.
Great specific app. Never had any problems with it.

Terrible customer service.....the accounts will not stay linked......they will not pay provider like tgey claim they will and play blame game with the insurance company

Well the app looks nice but is not fully functional. The CLAIM section does not work. I tried many times to submit a claim for reimbursement for the month of January as informed by the customer service rep via telephone call. Looks like I will have to call again tomorrow and spend another 30 minutes waiting my turn to speak to a human to request assistance.
Like many other App users, I also find this App terrible for number of reasons! 1) It only allows pictures as attachments and not PDFs or other formats. 2) when I try switching between this app and other open windows, every time returning to this app it automatically logs me off, so I loose any info I entered so far, and must login again. Summary: be prepared to spend a very long time using this app! But using their website in Chrome has its own flaws too.
Am not able to upload receipts using the app due to a "server error". Next to worthless at this point! Clarity showed little interest in the problem.

Their app is awful. If you misspell your password twice, you will get locked out of your account. By locked out I mean you have to call their customer service to unlock it. I have multiple credit cards and banking apps , I never had to deal with any insane security features like this before. Did I mention that customer service is only available during the week. So if get you get locked out, your out of luck until Monday. Then you will spend forever on hold just so a person on the other end of the line can click a button. It's mind boggling. This has happen to me several times. It is infuriating. I've been so frustrated with a company in my life.
