Constantly glitches, phone calls dropped or too garbled to hear on a regular basis. Grateful to have a work from home option, as opposed to my personal cell number but this ain't the one.

Glitchy and hardly ever transfers my calls to & from the office. I have to close the app multiple times, reopen and try again. Frustrating!

Terrible!!! Keeps dropping calls. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app several days a week. Ugh

I'm able to conduct meetings and effectively navigate through the system from my cell phone.
I have had very little success with this app. It is very frustrating when trying to answer business calls and the app won't let you answer. It is not just me either. Our whole office has this problem. The worst part is, it makes it look like I am never available for my clients. I can't always be at my desk to answer the phone, so this app is necessary, but very unreliable.
