Lots of connectivity issues. update 2/2/21. Email sent as advised. Will update the review once I get help with this. I have been having lots of connectivity issues with the ultrasound device. I needed to try multiple times to get connected - it's been happening very often.
It was working well when I started with it in December 2021, now all of a sudden it doesn't connect. I'm really frustrated

Great App! I got my C3HD scanner yesterday and already tried its cardiac mod and abdomen mod. I am very happy with abdomen mod and this App. Very easy to use and graphic quality is top. Cardiac mod however can use some improvement, in my opinion. I constantly use the Phillip mobile ultrasound in my hospital, I think the cardiac mod, phillip is better but Clarius has better App than Phillip. All in all I am very satisfied of this instrument!
Mobile phone samsung A02 was able to connect previously suddenly after update sfw android ver 11 in mobile, we couldnot connect with ultrasound. Please advise..

The ability to use a portable device to obtain images of such quality is brilliant. The only area of improvement is for the link between scanner and mobile device to work more consistently.
