I've played this now for five years, and enjoyed much of it, but now its become unnecessarily complicated, you would have to spend a lot of real money to progress, certain countries seem to have preference, but worst of all are the BUGS. Some minor and irritating, other annoying, but the latest update has destroyed the progress that I - and doubtless many others - have made over the past year or so. Automated customer "service" responses (and I'll guess there'll be one after this review) do absolutely nothing. Sadly, I have to recommend anyone thinking of loading it NOT to do so. It's very addictive at first, but then descends into farce. Shame.

A thousand times worse than old clash of kings, and a thousand times more expensive. Way worse than expected. I bought a special starter pack for 5 bucks , didn't get the resources only the gold , and was stuck at castle level 6 waiting hours for upgrades... Used to be able to get to castle 10 without spending in an hour or two. The greed has destroyed this company and their games.
Extremely fun. If you spend a little you can pretty much keep up!

The amount of prestige badges you get from game without buying is just terrible! I could see why people lose interest this game needs to be more like the original version for the amount of time it has been released with unnecessary issues recurring throughout its history, I'm a dedicated player and would like to see change with the amount of items received in server... Do add ons make it fun again
Many things. Have had issues for months weather its bugs or not. 1, avatar changes were never overseen for me. Half a year has gone by and no response. Reported the bug with the games bug report, it said it had been cleared, NOPE. 2, regular bugs mainly consisting of skill set switching as even with a perfect connection I still get notified of network errors, wifi and mobile data. 3, free to play takes a long long time, bully alliances will stunt or stop your growth almost completely.
I like this game ok. I'm really frustrated with how much food you lose though. I had lots of troops and ended up having to get rid of them because they were the reason my food was going so fast. I couldn't get anywhere but now I don't have many troops gathering and I'm still losing food ugh! It's more annoying than ever. If the food didn't disappear I'd get somewhere and rate the game 5 stars.
Game play overall. Graphics could do better, translation in game is very bad, and even if not swearing get normal English words sensored, and make a message unreadable. Need to fix that and very bad or no translation. Otherwise, game got potential, very much like some other game i use to play, and please fix bugs. Three stars for now...was gonna give it 2.
This game is just wants money,if we can putting a lot money we not have good game, that is true. You guys want money, but have a bad customer service.
I found a bug where I would send troops to super mine and it would glitch them back into my castle as if I never sent them in the first place.. This is a problem as I cannot rely on gathering anymore.. And I know it is a bug because it only happens at super mine nowhere else please take a look at this because there are not many other options to saving my troops other than gathering and shield and I am running out pls look into it if possible
The game is really awesome. We get a real war experience. The game is so much fun that I opened every 30 minutes. But the problem is that this west version does not have much events which makes me sad. They introduced a lot of events in original one but in this version they have no good events. That's my only request please add more events
This game is totally unfair... Giving additional benefits, free gifts. And. Cheap. Packs to. Their own Chinese players ... And they. Just. Make it. To war so. Foreigners spend more and more. .... Save your money guys
How do I bind an account to an existing account? These games really need to jump into an existing player options to skip the same intro every game seems to have for gaming instructions. It makes it seem how many players they have when infact is the many times they have to reinstall the app and add another castle in a random state or server that they will never used, just so they can get right back into their old state or account.
After some time, the buttons stopped working, my resources went down to zero and it seems that it just freezes when I log in. And it keeps happening for the past few days. I made sure Internet was decent etc, so it wasn me or my device. Im sorry I invested money in this game, it was just to support you guys.
Game is ok to keep you busy, but lots of bugs are there like you send troops to camps and recall but your stamina doesn't return back. Also help and support in game is of no use. Recently lots of players were not able to login in game due to some issue and I missed shadows and stones and got attacked also, but no compensation.
The farm has a little amount of resource and the gathering speed is slow than other games too.. To upgrade your castle you need to have more than 2 farm account. This is very frustrating. Other things are very good in this game.
I'm not getting notifications of tasks from the game.. It's starting to annoy. Please get this fixed. Also I think there should be a power limit for new kingdoms for a certain duration. Spenders keep ruining the fun & actions.. But overall it's addictive & competitive. But I'll give 2stars
Is a good game but you just have to be wasting your real money without any assurance of gaining anything. I better play games that can pay at the end
Good game but doesn't let u use goggle play card, s 98%of the time same problem, s over and over again very unhappy again today I buy ten dollar goggle play card and can't buy packs this is real problem justed wanna enjoy the game
