After I downloaded the new version of this app. It stopped working. Quit telling us to go to customer service because they just give us the runaround. You're going to lose customers because we're all getting the same result. There are some bugs that need to be fixed and if you don't fix them you're going to lose business. Quit telling us to go through customer service because that is a waste of time.
Really enjoying this game but just installed update and now it wont open. Have removed game and reinstalled but same problem, From all the feedback left this seems to be a major problem at their end and not an isolated one. Why ask people to email when its a problem across the board and shud b fixed as such
I bought a new tablet and tried installing and playing it with my same account info and cannot get past the retrieving account information part of the load and after more than 20 attempts over email to fix it all in get is sorry for your inconvenience but the servers are fine..... I liked the game but am fed up with the tech support team and have stopped trying...
Just downloaded the game,so far is easy to understand and quite entertaining; the only qualm I have is when we use the diamonds that we accumulate for upgrading/perks there is no confirmation window that pops up to confirm its usage;otherwise I would give it 5stars for what I've seen till now.
Takes to many crystals to win and it's money hungry it's a frustrating game it takes a lot of crystals to take back from others on resets. Don't waste your time with it not worth playing.

Great time consumer. Would like to see more of a family compound / base. It would get players more into a group setting. Also, a traders market where u can buy/sell or trade for bosses, skills, and supplies would be awesome, last the chat , pm and email could use some work. But over all the this game
After almost a year of playing through constant crashes.the game just decided to up and re-set itself back to fresh from the store.all my time and effort GONE.installing it didn't even bring it back like on other games I've had. C.O.M...... I HATE YOU
This game is really good like the details and how the game is so far haven't found any bugs yet. And wish more people would play this game:) looking forward to seeing g igg coming up with enter clash games and making them really fun to play thanks igg.
Pretty thorough game, wouldn't update it too much more b/c its starting to be set up like Clash. The only problem is that every time I start the game it switches my WiFi settings on and begins to search for an open network. Please fix this bug, it should be my option as to whether or not I want to play on my WiFi network or Metro PCS's 4G network..!
It's fun and it kills time. Wish it was more ways to level up your bosses or be able to use all the at once
Accidentally overwrote linked account and support did nothing except say there is an account linked to that email.
I love this game not only for how addictive it is and fun. It's fair. For example, most other games they'll have another thing to buy special stuff with, in this case Diamonds. It'a not ridiculous were if you've played a game like that before and had to save because you couldn't earn them back, but this game.. It's different! You can have 20 diamonds in a day without the offers! That's impressive!
Love this game. Better than all the other games like this fersure! Excepttt its been a few days since i rated this game, and you guys are still telling me to get 100 gems for rating it. Well i did obvi ,But you havent given them to me yet! Just sayin....
This app has been crashing since the update. I have done the steps suggested to do when i emailed support, but the apps continues to say that it stopped working. This is so annoying. I really liked this game and enjoyed it a lot, but now I'm just frustrated with it!
I enjoy this game and it is very addictive lots of things to do as well but it keeps crashing on my tablet. The game works on my phone a samsung A5 but not on my tablet a samsung tab3 why is that...please fix this fore i had to install the later version of the game on my tablet to work the 1.0.64 works just fine so maybe it was your latest update!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
This won't even start for me and I hate stupid bug and would give this a no star but u can't so yeah. If they could please fix the bug then I might play. This seems like a fun game and most of the other feedback is good but not mine so please fix! :'(
Work fine on phone crashes on tablet after last update. Play tag with support unistalled then reinstalled too many times. Getting to think this game is not worth the issues it has. I have gotten along pretty far into the game it is a shame I can't play.
The game itself is good. The artwork is great, gameplay is good and there's a lot of content to keep you going, especially with the generous rewards you can obtain. However, the game rudely force closes very frequently. When you're raiding, you WILL lose energy points is your game crashes during the raid. Its a shame.
Downloaded, opened and the dialogue box appear saying the app is not working. Uninstalled and re-downloaded but the problem remains same
I love this game !! But when I try to play it, it doesn't let me in, it tells me to check my network connections.. 👎
