App is super buggy, I am not even able.to book a class. App crashes, keeps showing random errors. Not great for such an expensive gym. Especially if there is no other choice
Loads way too long and by the time refreshed, all slots are snapped up. Network speed is not to blame because I was using iOS previously and it worked perfectly fine.
The app works fine. But what is not fair is that android users only have option to filter by date. But not for time and class, Unlike ios users (there is a red button filter at the bottom right corner). This does not give the customers fair chance to book a class!
Some classes never show availability slots even 1 hour before the class. But when you ask at the counter there's available slots. This is supposed to be a useful app for us to manage time.
Always crashes at the time I'm about to book (guessing it's from server overload) resulting in me being unable to book a class. This severely inconveniences me, a person with a busy schedule...
Have to keep uninstalling and installing again because the green "Book a class" button keeps disappearing... VERY inconvenient!!
periodic....sometimes it has the option to book sometimes no...sometimes show spaces sometimes no.....any other alternatives?
Super slow loading speed, by then the app finish loading, the classes are already full
The booking button not showing so you can't book a class even when it mentioned there are available space
So far so good but I have to delete and reinstall app after updates.
Always show all class full? No use to install this app, just sign up class over the counter
what a moronic app???! There is no BOOK CLASS button even when the app shoes that there are 30 spots left! What rubbish!
Does not work, can view timetable but unable to book classes.

Im a member of FF in Singapore. You open the app its asks for your FF location. Put it in no problem. When I log in it doesn't recognise my email, says it doesn't exist. I have confirmed with FF this ia the email I used to join with and in my profile. Also no method to resolve the problem. FF staff are all smiles but can't resolve.
I cannot even log in with this app. Update. The app password reset doesn't work at all. After receiving password reset email, a link would take me to password reset web page. After reset, web page aromatically log me in. But app still says my password is wrong.
Terrible user experience, very flakey, hard to use. It's incredibly annoying that this is forced on users as the only way to book a class
Unfriendly & Confusing App. Did not show class is FULL or under WAITING LIST. Showing spaces available yet cannot BOOK. Everytime need to go in check for Booking! At least a WAITING LIST button to click so when there is space - prompt us & 1st come 1st serve basis.
