I used to love this app, but the notifications no longer work. I emailed the company and was told there are no plans to fix it at this time and they tried to push another if their applications. Why would I use another one of their products, when I see how they treat their users. I'm one very disappointed teacher.
I love the concept and can communicate with my parents but, myself and people in my class do not get alerts. Only some.
My sons teacher uses this app for her classroom to give me updates on my son throughout the day. It's his first time being in a school enviornment so I love she is able to communicate his progress to me without me having to call.
It won't install??? Or finish it. I have tried a few times. Help
Ging my teacher
My preschool uses this as the main communication system. It's easy and I love the different options to do normal messages to even surveys. Parents love it when they can talk to the teacher like me before, during, and after school. Although like other applications it can have its moments, but for me that rare. I highly recommend this coming from preschool teacher of four years.
Update 2/1. This truly is a fantastic app. They have been putting out some extras that just make this shine. Our teacher hasn't started doing pix but will soon. There's also a wonderful destop login with even more options & features. I would also like to do a shout out for the awesome tech team/support peeps. I was having an issue with reloading and after submitting a help request they contacted me in less than 5 mins and my issue has been resolved. Thank you for this wonderful app.
I downloaded and tried out many of the teacher-parent communication apps out there, including the flashy, high powered ones. I found them too busy although I am tech savvy. The simplicity and ease of use of this app is just great. So smooth and just what I needed. There are many variations in the messaging including survey and volunteer mode, which I just used with my class to arrange chaperoning to a class ball game. Additionally, it is web and mobile based! I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to express my appreciation for this wonderful and convenient app. Thank you for creating Class Messenger!
Not user friendly. Guess this the reason this app has 50k downloads compared to Dojo's 5 million.
I try to sign in it keep saying my internet is offline but it's not offline it is connected you guys need to fix your website
Appointment making function does not work. Not intuitive. Poor visual appeal.

I was able to use Class Messenger as a communication tool for my preschool class! It is great...the 2 things I do not enjoy are the character limitations and that they do not send texts anymore. Everything else is awesome!!

I have used this app to try to contact my daughters teacher and never got any replies.
This is the more productive app I've installed on my phone,thanks for the chance of been closer to my son's education.

Not getting notifications anymore
I love everything about this app. However I am not getting push notifications on my phone and neither are the parents I am messaging. I have checked my settings so it is not from my end. Please fix this. I rely heavily on Class Messenger to communicate with my students' families and need to have notifications right away.
