best tetris game i can find on here besides EA's junk that you can't even play offline... great control in the tapping and swiping, even has the tetris music (which you can turn off if it gets annoying, the menu is accessed by hitting the back button once). I feel like tetris, this'll pass the time nicely. i only played for about 10 minutes but i didn't notice any ads either...
I'm not sure is this one the only, but it's definitely a lonely 'swipe' version of Tetris in th App Store. And for that reason I give it 5 stars! You might consider adding next options: a 'hold' option/button, which you can use to put a currently falling shape of the brick on a hold and immediately use the next one; an option to use the brick you have put on a 'hold' instead of the falling one. Thanks a lot for most likely the only 'swipe' version of this game!
Nice, simple game and have less size. This is highly recommended to everyone. But please add the feature of high scores list, and I didn't like the fact that after startup, it takes me directly into the game instead of first showing the menu. Please correct it.
Finding for tetris without adds and got this one, without permissions as plus, thanks to the developer for keeping it free without bloats, wish it could save score and naming, never mind the speed increases by level which increases the fun. Thanks to dev for keeping it simple and adddfree.....
Good for very casual and no-frills gameplay. Controls are good enough. But doesn't work for advanced players. Can't pull off complex spins, and no soft drops. Extra star for no ads.
Well implemented Tetris, uses the full screen, intuitive controls, and no annoying ads. Well done Reducing rating about every few games it crashes in mid-play
Works on KitKat 4.4.4, doesn't have any ads which is a plus, the Tetris is interactive and doesn't need any control pads to be played. Just add a function that can use bluetooth gamepad controller and this will be phenominal!
game glitches frequently. there isnt a scoreboard. the music is a hopeless loop of the same 20 seconds. but there aren't any ads!
Would rate this a 5 star if I could figure how how the heck to pause. Nice and simple. Bonus for no ads or permissions needed. great tetris like game.
Thanks for giving us this classic game without all the unnecessary ads and in-app purchases. It's a simple old game and you have kept it that way.
Simple. No ads or odd permissions. Excellent brain exercise and exactly what I was looking for in an app.
pros: Simple good, ad-free fun. cons: Occasional crashes, sound volume sometimes resets to default.
A very good tetris but would like an option to set the game speed and have a high score list.
it's a nice, basic game and i enjoy playing it. I think the side to side controles are a little funny though.
Okay to pass the time. Free to play. But not very responsive nor challenging.
Very difficult to make fast the pieces.... And sometimes it moved after the sound is locked. Please fix it.
free, no ads, about as good controls as anything else. decent theme.
No adds. Thank you. No in app purchase. Thank you. Free. Thank you. (I would have been okay with paying $2 for this game)
The game *crashed* when I tried to rotate a block along the wall (also: blue background with similarly blue tiles: annoying)
Please don't change it. Keep the ghosts. Keep it ad free. Thank you kindly for this free gift.
It works on Galaxy Note 10+ and have no need for invasive permissions. Great app.
Best game ever. Nothing download or skip 100s of ads. Pure pleasure of playing game as in old days.
Quite hallucinating after some time when the drop shape position appears. Toooo many colors and background
Many games contain ads which are annoying. This one is an exeption.
Thank you for not adding ads or any weird permissions. Now, I have many nit-picks. First and most important: you can only rotate pieces clockwise. Tapping the left side of the screen should make them rotate counter clockwise. Second: there's no highscore counter or anything of the sort. Nor are there any bonuses for making tetrises. Third: you can pause the game and still move pieces and make them fall. The things you do while on pause don't affect the real game since they undo themselves when you unpause it, but you could still use this to see what pieces are coming next. Fourth: controls don't feel quite right... Don't know exactly why, but try changing a few values about that. Last thing: quality of life improvements. The font isn't cute, the menus don't feel good (there isn't even a main menu), the pieces look okay at best, there's no awesome explosion of stuff when you make tetrises, etc. Overall though, it's a really solid version, and the one I think has better nailed the fast speeds of modern tetris games. It just lacks an incentive to keep playing the same game, therefore it lacks the feeling of accomplishment you'd get after every game. It becomes more of a thing to do to kill time than a proper game. Like watching a gameplay.
