Clunky to change tempo and sound will make you go deaf if using with headphones. Check out Metronome Beats.
I tried 4 apps before and I've decided to keep this one. No advertising, no bloated interface, no needless features. Just set the tempo, drag and release the bar, and off you go.
Please add possibilty to change tempo by sliding that thing on the interface itself. Thank you for that app I like it
Would love a voice feature with the count. Other than that, this is all I need. Thanks.
Works well, but some features have to be paid for.
Doesn't have right tempo
It was so annoying when used for piano practice
Very nice app and easy to operate
Works alright, does what it's supposed to
Too hard to change tempo accurately
Simple and effective. Smaller than 1mb too :) thanks!!!
Works as described, very useful
I use this on two Nexus 7's (2012) and it stops ticking after one measure. Please fix. Very good metronome other than that, and you can quickly adjust the tempo by double-taping the weight. This feature might not have been discovered by other reviewers here.
This metronome is two features short of perfection: A tempo adjustment directly on the metronome (in other words, let me slide the weight!) and a tempo display! Seriously, I have to stop the metronome, go into a menu, pick the tempo I want, go back to the metronome, and then start it again. If I just want to go 'one click up' as I'm working my way up to speed, this is unusable. Pity, because it sounds great, looks great, and is ad-free.
This was an excellent metronome app, with good sounds and features, and most importantly, it was accurate. However, after the Android 4.4 Kitkat update, for some reason, it silences the metronome after one measure, thus rendering it useless. Do you think you could fix that? It is one of the best metronome apps out there otherwise. If you fix it, I will change my rating.
It is very easy to use and really helps me keep in tempo. But i wish the sound pack could be free. :(
Runs good, sound is o.k., easy to understand. I use it every time I need some music practice. But it really needs some more sound presets
Love the age old look. If you learned to keep time on an an original, this metronome is fantastic. There is something to be said for nostalgia.
Just what i was looking for. Music is my life and this helps a lot with new music pieces I'm trying to learn. Absolutely love it
There is no way to accidentally change the tempo when you move the pendulum. Sounds clear.
Very nicely done. Good sounds and easy to follow on a 7 inch tablet almost like having the old time metronome in your pocket. Easier to visualize the beat compared to flashing lights or LEDs on other apps.
Fantastic little app. Exactly what I was needing. Free, always in my pocket and every bit as good as my real digital metronome which cost £20.
Solid timing, great selection of tempos & subdivisions, no ads. The interface reminds me of something out of a human anatomy book, but that's a personal opinion. i'd buy the full version. Mytouch 4g slide. God Bless.
I tried a handful of others before uninstalling everything and kept this metronome. It's the best in every way. Simple, but with enough features.
The weight couldn't be moved, I had to go into settings to change the tempo. Just a bit more difficult to use than it could be. Other metronome apps are better
To the point & easy to use. Has everything which a good metronome should have.
I really want to love this metronome, but as the sound stops after the first two beats it's really kind of useless to me. It would be my go to if that was fixed.
Its fun to mess with its good it you are learning to play guitar go to guitar city there the best
Very good application. It does exactly what it says it does in title and description. Thank you, author!
The centre of the skin has colour overlap with the set tempo font. Can't see the last digit of the tempo
