As a competition player back in the early 80s Phoenix, Donkey Kong, Mr Do, Tron, are all my favourites. I like playing this version, the sounds are not the same so the atmosphere is lost, it's not a grid though the levels as game play is very fast, but the nostalgia is there. I'm using the Samsung A70 with no issues to date. I know someone will say I've hit the bird but it's not died, hit it again that's part of the fun with Phoenix.
Sadly this game does not really emulate the original arcade. Makes an acceptable substitute but the sound and in-game experience just don' t match the original.
Very good Old school game. Graphics a bit harsh on eyes, and rough round the edges. Best played on tablet and great to see old games come back.
Nice version of one of my favorite classics. "CONGRATULATIONS," spelled incorrectly with two L's, though, grates on my eyes.
Would be better if you didn't have to watch ads 30 sec in between play "that's just rude" so your forced to wait it through,i look at it like time to take my meds anything but watch those ....... Ads!
Great game really living up to my past recollections of the game. YET AGAIN COMPLETELY RUINED BY INVASIVE ADS FROM GARABAGEWARE GOOGLE. Would rather pay the developer than give my time and bandwidth to Google.
Just downloaded and love it. This was always my favorite arcade game. Playing on my new Galaxy s10 plus and so far so good.
Game reminds me of back in the day in the arcade, sadly tho way tooo many ads, gonna delete it.

this is a great game but please add a joystick it is difficult to move the ship left and right.

totally unresponsive controls

Too many ads, about one every three levels. And after an ad plays you are just brought to the play field nonchalantly. We need a few seconds to reorient ourselves back into the action. Or just an ad after every boss fight should suffice. It would also be nice to jump ahead several levels, say every 25 or so either from start or unlocked. Right now it's too easy and I do not like to sit and play through all those to get to the challanging stuff. Great game though. Also no intrusive permissions.
