What are tarot cards?
Tarot is a set of seventy-eight cards, each featuring different symbolic pictures. A standard Tarot deck is made up of 22 cards called the major arcana or trumps, and four suits of 14 cards - similar to playing cards - called the minor arcana or pip cards.
What are Tarot cards used for?
Tarot cards can be used for practical problem-solving, creative visualisation, meditation, self-improvement, as a tool of understanding, for divination and fortune-telling, even for card games. Some collect Tarot cards simply for the joy of the artwork, while other delve further into research and study of the history of Tarot cards. What kinds of questions can I ask? You can ask almost any type of question, covering any area of life or personal development. The question can be about the past, present, or future, about your life, relationships, business, career, finances, or personal development. Tarot is designed to represent all aspects of life, there is really no question you cannot ask. However, there are a few questions that are not recommended to ask for ethical and liability reasons. If you need an advice of a trained doctor, lawyer, or investment counselor it is recommended to seek the assistance of a professional. Finally, the question you ask should be about you and your relationships with others. Doing readings that are solely focused on another person is considered unethical and may invade their privacy.
How should I phrase my question?
You may phrase it any way you like, but some ways may provide you with a more useful reading than others. It is recommended that you avoid yes/no questions. Receiving a yes or no answer does not provide you with very much information about the situation, and may not accurately reflect all the complexities involved in the answer. If you ask it differently you may receive a great deal more to work with. In general, try asking questions that empower you to improve the situation, that begin with how, why, what do I need to know, or other approaches that provide you with more insight into the situation.
Can tarot readings predict the future?
Reading tarot is a bit like reading weather charts – you can look at things that have already happened and historical patterns, what is happening now, what energies are forming, and the natural consequences of these trends into the future. However, the future is affected by your free will and that of others, and every action you take and decision you make changes it. The future, like the weather, is also affected by random and unpredictable events.
Can I change the outcome of my reading?
Always. Your future is not predetermined, and you have free will, along with the right and responsibility to exercise it. A tarot reading should never be accepted as an absolute prediction of things to come, but rather an encouragement if you are on the right path, or a warning of what may come if you continue down a destructive path.

There seems to be a bug. On single card draw, the same (few) cards keep reappearing. Card of the day is the obvious example by showing the same cards over and over. This leads me to believe the other spreads have the same bug as I have seen the recurring cards in the 3 card spread. I do like the references, the spreads and the design. I just happen to think there is a bug in the system.
The tarot cards got it right as always, in all aspects of my life. However, I would love to give it 5 stars if I can correctly save my spreads. I saved my spread last night but whenever I try to open it again, it shows different cards every time. :( For the ads, I didn't see any by the way that's why I gave one star for the ads (for the optional review below).
Used to be really good although some spelling and grammatical mistakes in the interpretation sections. Unfortunately Card of the Day no longer works. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning the notification setting on and off, but nothing works. Very dispointing since this was the feature I used most.
I recently had to wipe my phone and when I reinstalled this app i discovered that the format and text for the card interpretations has been changed: this is very frustrating... I want the old format back, which presented the general sense of each card and then adapted the meaning of each card to the common circumstances that prompt a reading: Work, Love, Finance, Spiritual, etc. I loved the old format, and would rate it 5-stars!
A lot of grammar issues. As an example they wrote "meat" 🍖 instead of "meet" or "weather" ☀ instead of "whether". Thinking that to create an app cost an average of $100k, this type of grammar issues should never happen. Also the tiny yellow text on the fading black background that is covering the cards is disturbing for the eye 👀 and make some people nauseous and have headache. The app need an update with improvements and the current overall 3* rate will increase.
Got a new phone and installed the latest version. Card of the day notification is not appearing. The descriptions of cards are not the way they used to be. They are almost useless this way. Will use the old version on my old phone, won't touch the new one until the issues are fixed. Sad, was using the app daily before the update...
I really like this app. I love that the saved spreads include both date & time signatures. I find the available spread options to be useful & appropriate for my queries. I would appreciate more consistancy with the card descriptions, par example, theory, general, career, love, spirit, etc. for each card. It's clear that the card descriptions were written by someone whose 1st language is French, so there are many spelling & grammatical errors. Mais, je pense que c'est mignon, personnellement. 😘
Surprisingly depressing app in comparison to other tarot apps. As a game of analytics tested it against several others to see the likelihood of negative reads coming out. Over other apps it would often have a negative spread for no other reason then random chance. For fun reset the button four times on any one question and you'll find the Devil or the Tower appear on 3 or 4 attempt even though it's the "same" question. It was kind of funny in the end.
Used to be really great. Then with the last update all the card explanations changed to really incomprehensible things to me. Even the grammar suffered. Now I just use it for the interface, which is still great, and I have to Google the meanings :/
I like this app but hate the ads. I didnt notice them at first. Now they cant just sit there they have to flash like crazy and get in the way. Impossible to ignore and freaking annoying! I will just go get the cards out, no ads there! If this app was available without ads I would want it.
I've used a physical rider waite for nearly 20 years now and I've found the symbolism to speak to me very directly. This app is no different, and while there does seem to be a kind of anonymous feeling to the deck through an app like this, I can still draw quite a lot of reflection from the cards.
The accuracy of these shuffle and layouts i absolutely love and the history, awesome, that lets you keep so you can measure outcome accuracy. I know it's just for fun, but dang, it sure is accurate most of time.
Excellent little app, I use this purely for the reference of every card. I find this useful to use offline and the descriptions are fairly comprehensive without going on too much. I wasn't looking for an app to pull cards for me so as I don't use this feature I won't comment on that, but for what I wanted, a quick reference, this is perfect so 5 stars from me!
Very helpful interpretations of the cards (even if the English isn't always perfect). It would be great if the card of the day was saved so that you could see previous cards of the day.
I love this app okay, I really do, but idk what u guys have done but the current version is far more worse than what it used to be. Just moments ago I deleted the 'old app/version' for the current one AND I REGRET IT A LOT! Please make it like it used to be, the old descriptions were actually perfect and understandable.
Got a new phone. Now the program has been replaced by a vastly inferior version, which is not useful at all. It is rewritten. I am going to have to dump the program. I am looking for a different one. I would advise against downloading upgrades to this program. You will lose a valuable app if you do.
I have 5 stars simply based on how accurate and descriptive the card meanings are. Great tool for someone who is learning Tarot and doesn't have a deck yet. As far as putting trust into the actual cards it shoots out as a "reading", it is just a computer spitting random cards at you can't read tarot via electronics lol but overall GREAT app for it's concept!!!
I use this tarot reference everyday. It's the best I have found yet, and has the most in-depth info about all the cards. It even does the card of the day, and can show you several "spreads", allows you to digitally draw, and use said "spreads" to do a reading.... In app ..... All for an astounding Free ninety- nine. lol check it out . P. S. Did I mention that it does all that offline ..... No connection needed. Hook, line, and sinker.
Really like the app and it's showing accurate readings, but like others have mentioned, someone needs to proofread it, the grammar and spelling errors are distracting!
It is full of misspellings and poor grammar. Please, to have a professional look for your product, a simple proofread will do a lot of good.
Really good for the beggining or the intermediate mystic. A good intro to Taro, the help section is very informational and can help people reach familiarity with the way the deck works pretty quickly.
The errors in grammar and spelling are distracting. For example: the word "women" was used to describe one woman. This is only one of many issues with the text.
I appreciate this app for simple or single car speeds, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't contain the traditional 10-card Celtic cross and staff spread. That's tarot basics right there.
This app used to be my favorite I referred to it everyday with a card of the day and every time I had it questions in mind. Today I look for a way to turn it off. It's just gibberis! Please bring back the old app!
Captures the essence of the tools for the craft of Tarot. I enjoy the art, find the referencing useful, and the save function meaningful.
I think the app has cards it favours to deal as a see certain ones all the time. And I also disagree with a lot of the interpretations.
I only used it for learning tarot cards, but not to get answers or predictions. But I think there's a lot of misinterpretation in Tarot references. It gives completely different meanings than what I have learned from other sources.
Saved spreads don't actually save sometimes. Just reset when I open them. Super annoying and useless feature.
Excellent app. Even though I dont really like Rider-Waite I was not deducting stars for this. Why I deducted stars is because when you save a reading, and try to get it back. It does not retreive the exact reading you saved. Instead it just keeps randomising the cards. The point of saving a reading, is that you can get it back later but this does not work. Aside from this small problem. It's an excellent app.
