Classical Music Alarm Clock and Player

Excellent app to wake up with classical music. Beautiful. I remove one star for some difficulties to understand settings at the beginning & because there're issues with some pieces of art (generally always the same). No ads : a must ! Many thanks. The first time I comment an app...(smile).

This is a great clock radio alarm app. It's easy to use, has a great choice of music, and has never let me down. I'm throwing my old clock radio away. I like the elegant design too.

This is the BEST alarm clock...! I've been using it for two years. It never fails to wake me. Music selections are fantastic with a large variety of composers. Developers are awesome, too! Highly recommend!!

I like the option to select different pieces and to have multiple alarms going as my schedule changes from day to day. I had it set for 4:30am, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 & selected alarm I'd need for the next day. Until it started going off for these times when I didn't have it set. Setting it for 9 to sleep in & having it go off at 6 was aggravating. I contacted the app developers whose answers showed they thought I simply didn't know how to use the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. No change.

Fantastic way to wake up or signal my prayer time! The selection of music is extensive. The ads are not offensive, but but some of them are loud when I'm not ready for it, such as when I'm trying to turn it off quietly; that can be a problem, and I'd appreciate ads which don't feature sound at all. Other than that, I'm extremely pleased and I've recommended it to others.

App is fairly easy to use... after you figure it out. I love having the ability to have my favorite classical music snippets as my alarm sounds!! Only reason I gave this only 3 stars is the inability to title an alarm (I use them for lots of things during the day or week), and not able to set them up to be recurring and nor within a certain date period. Having to stop using this app makes me sad, but it is not as useful to me as I need.

The selection of music has variety in it and it's good. Many artists and different tempos. Lately though, this alarm became extremely unreliable. Often it would ring at random times like 7 minutes after you were supposed to wake up. Not to mention the past days it hasn't been working at all. Very sad to say so, but I'll have to switch apps because coming late to work ain't an option for me. Really would recommend the creators to work on those technical problems.

I supposedly set it to alternate pieces of music yet I keep hearing the same thing over and over again. Can't figure out how to get it to play anything else, and that particular piece is becoming really annoying.... What Vivaldi? What anything other than this irritating repetition? I see no way to choose what I hear, no indication of any choices. It says all these things are available, but I don't find them. Ed: I'm finding some answers to my problems, but not all. Instructions would be helpful.

I would have given this app five stars because I have been quite enthused about it, even though it can be a little problematic getting the alarms to play. But overall this has been a wonderful alarm; beautiful music that plays randomly so that you don't get tired of one thing. However, I was just subjected to a full in your face blaring ad. I have no tolerance for blaring, in-your-face ads.

It's amazing! I can chose among a variety of the most well-known music of one of my favorite composer, Beethoven. His symphony No 9 "Choral" has 6 options for alarms! This app does what I need. When the alarm goes off it's a soothing reminder of things I have to do unlike other alarms where you are annoyed by the sound and snooze over and over again. This alarm gets me going! Good job!

Great app with fast customer service. I love everything about this app. The music is beautiful rather than jarring, there are many selections, and the songs are able to continue playing for quite a while. Sound and performance quality are great. I had a problem using the app when my phone updated to Android 10. Messaged the developer and received a quick solution for finding the obscure setting which Android had changed. Very happy with this alarm app!

Very satisfied with the app, highly recommend it! Great to have all classical radio stations in one, as well as it is splendid in handling alarms. My only suggestion (for which I give a 4*) is to include a widget for the app. I'd love to have a widget shortcut to check my alarms and see my music on screen. Other than this, great to have it! 😊😊

This app is just wonderful. Not only is it a treat to wake up to so many different kinds of music every day, but the customizability of the alarms and app as a whole, it's ease if use, and yes.....NO ADS!!!! But definitley be sure to unlock all the classic music options and support the developers because this is truly a great app!

Wide variety of well known artists, performers - great to have my choice of good music to wake up to, so easily! Ever increasing additions to the array, downloadable to your selection of playlists. Alarms, settings, music, even wallpaper, all very good selections available at the "free" mode. May I request Dvorak please? Highly recommend!

I was raised to believe that classical musicians could walk on water, at least three steps.This app lets me wake up to the music I was raised with. It's music that relieves stress instead of creating it. There is a large Playlist and it is easy to add new items to it. The alarm is very simple to set and change. This app is w worth it!

I love that the music isn't just a few bars of the piece, but a nice, long part of a movement, and that it stops in a musically logical place. I can lie in bed and enjoy listening to it without getting annoyed when it is chopped off in midstream. Thank you for that! Also, nice musical variety. Maybe a little more choral music?

I appreciate this alarm so much. How I'm awakened effects my mood all day and to be brought out of my slumber by soft classical music just makes me happy. I also use the app throughout the day. To have classic music start playing during a conversation is not as intrusive as other reminders and doesn't seem to interrupt a conversation that I may need to finish before responding to notifications. Loved and reliable. Pay for the ad less version they are loud and intrusive and uncontrollable.

I absolutely love this alarm app. It is so pleasant to wake to beautiful music rather than harsh noises. The developers are very responsive to questions and suggestions -- the latest update now allows for the true calendar week, with Sunday being the first day of the week. Many thanks for that option! Hopefully they will be able to add the use of multiple timers in the next update and I'll be completely over the moon. Again, thank you for a lovely sounding, and looking, app!

I like waking up to classical music, but I get tired of hearing the same pieces all the time. For some reason, the "random" option will only play one thing by Bach, one thing by Scott Joplin, one thing by Handel, an actual random selection from Brahms, and nothing else. And for the last few days, it hasn't functioned at all. I like the fact that I can choose from other composers (there's a large variety) but I'm too lazy to take the time to manually change it frequently.

love this app. If you have to use an alarm this is the best one to use. the fade in feature is awesome. highly recommend this. EDIT, l see there is an update but I'm afraid l will get obnoxious horrible ads if l update. that's usually what happens. I was right! Wake up to quiet classical music, then when you stop the alarm LOUD SCREAMING HORRIBLE AD!!! UNINSTALLED

It has a good variety of music. I haven't tried them all, by any means! Regular alarms are easy to set up and modify. I use the "cancel upcoming" feature if I've seen to that job for that day. It says you can get different backgrounds, but I spend 30 - 60 seconds a day looking at it so I don't see the point.

Good idea - only gripe is that you are restricted to the pieces selected by the app developers. Would much prefer to connect this to my own music collection. Also miss a "random selection" ... would like the alarm to play a random piece from a favourites list instead of having a set piece for each alarm.

Pretty good but contains annoying, loud ads. These seem to get "hung" sometimes, and today three successive alarms did not sound. This caused me to miss an important appointment. I am very disappointed and I wish you would take some care to ensure that intrusive ads do not stop your app from working!!

Shame. Galaxy S8 with 8.0 android. I can sample play 3 songs then I get nothing at all. No sound. Even if I go back to one of the previously played 3, they won't play either. Not promising for an alarm app when samples won't even play consistently. Going to uninstall and stay with my never fail alarm.

Loved, loved, loved it until I realized it took over my phone! There is no way to close the app!!. I hit "pause", to stop the music, but it didn't stop the app from blocking all text messages and restarting the music instead. Please create a "close" for the app when it is not being used.

beautiful music with lots of choice. a great way to start off the day...and I actually leave my alarm going sometimes even once awake, just because I am enjoying listening to it! I think the interactivity of the app is very good too- easy and straightforward to use.
