Have loved this for years. Used it often as calming music for my babies in a special care nursery at night.. Used to calm the staff often too! Also add quieting music for the grandchildren at bedtime. Love it.. Especially as it's download and not necessary for a net connection to play.. Rare these days!

I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and often have anger and anxiety. I use this for my meditation time and I find it to help just melt everything around me.I imagine me being in a beautiful safe place all by myself and the music helps me do that. Not much variety, but if you want something easy this is the one to get.
I use it for relaxation, meditation , destressing etc... would like a few more features, but that IS avail on premium edition I believe. for a free app...with only some minor shortfalls (that I CAN upgrade to- ) I would give it 4.5.. but thats not an option. Absolutely one of the BEST free apps I have EVER used.!! I have it on 3 devices ! highly recommend it. some of the "dragging" issues seem to have been resolved. for the FREE version..pretty hard to beat. I have deleted 8 other similars !!
