This application has the flexibility and simplicity to design an economy that fits the culture of your classroom from year to year. It organically emphasizes the concepts of a real world economy. Teachers can encourage any positive behavior they would like to see in their classroom community such as: “Showing up to class on time” and “Raising their hand.” Students can be “paid” for classroom jobs and responsibilities. Teachers can create an unique marketplace with their students’ help. The whole class, with the teacher facilitating, can design the marketplace to offer items or services that have meaning and are motivating for them.

Teachers have access to data for the entire class or individual students. Teachers can view how many points students have earned, the rewards they have purchased, and the achievements they have completed. This data is an excellent starting point with students when meeting to discuss behavior and to use in conferences. Students can set goals and see them achieved. The class as a whole can also set goals and check progress.
