logitech revue - really want to love this app, but every scene freezes almost immediately after starting. it may or may not come back, only t freeze up again - as if my connection is too slow, which it is not. :( i hope a fix will be available quickly.

The 1080p videos look stunning on my LED tv. Be aware that this app requires 5 to 6 megabits of continuous bandwidth to stream the videos. If your home Internet connection doesn't have that capacity, you will see pauses/stuttering.

This past Christmas my family played a pretty intense game of the Jersey Shore Trivia Game. All of us were pretty pumped and needed something to bring us back down from the craziness we just experienced. We popped on the Google TV, selected the Classy Fireplace app, and then selected the Midnight Beach scene! All I can say is instant life changer, WOW!

Poor in execution. The fireplace defaults with "Jazzy" music in the back ground which is irritating (you can shut it off, but you have to do it each time you use it); but fear not, you won't be using it much because if it works for you like it does for me on GoogleTV, it will just hang for several seconds and completely diminish the relaxing effect you were hoping for.

Perfect for me! Independent volume controls for fireplace/rainstorm/music is a HUGE plus, and it works great on my GoogleTV. Great job overall man, I don't know why so many people rated it a 1, but for any one running GoogleTV this is absolutely awesome.

Love the app. It's beautiful. The Jazz music is awesome. Just wish it didn't have to have internet connection to play all the time. Freezes and stops working without it and G3 connection isn't steady enough for it. Clarity. Beautiful and simple. 4 stars out of 5 possible.

Tried on google tv, freezes every 10 seconds for 10 solid seconds, but the music keeps playing. Also tried it on my asus transformer. Will not play any video. Gives error message. Freezes horribly when on wireless, or on wired internet with 23,000kbps. Pictures are amazing and it is a great idea. I just hope these things get fixed and i will reinstall. It may work better with 720p instead of 1080p. Less is sometimes more.

I initially though this app was freezing on CPU usage or something else local, but it appears to stream the video from the internet. I have an excellent Business class internet connection which apparently is not enough to allow it to run without freezing every 10 seconds. If I am seeing this, it is going to affect a lot of users. I'd recommend playing back a local media file in a loop rather than streaming over the internet...hope this help. Don't waste your time with the present design as you will be embarrassed to show this to anyone.

I have a fast and reliable internet connection (10 Mbps downstream) and my GoogleTV is connected via ethernet, not wifi. The video portion regularly freezes but the sound continues. When it works, it looks great, but it freezes too much.

This app does not work. Very slow, freezes up all the time, takes slow to start.

would be ok if it didnt force close everytime. cant even open the fireplace with google tv. it just frezes the whole time.

Using the Logitech Revue, video is not useable. It starts and stops every few seconds. Using a 15M internet, and a solid wireless N signal. Maybe quality options could be possible, or more pre-buffering

This is the best app like this that I've found so far. Just wondering what device you need to play the 1080p video. I get the bandwidth/device error when trying to play 1080p and it's definitely not a bandwidth issue (30mbps up/down over fibre).

I REALLY love this app except for the fact that the videos itself tend to either get choppy or simply just freeze. if the developer could fix this and bring out even more scenes in the next update, then this would be my third favorite app behind pandora and netflix!!!!

dont waste your time. if the dev was interested it would be updated. crashes freezes on gtv. any devs out there ready to make a name? quickly write your copy and it will be a success. maybe mr. klug will open source his app since he has abandoned it so others will fix and optimize it. nice try.

Get a video error when trying to play alternate scenes as is streaming cross the web on 4G Thunderbolt. Laggy on Sony Google TV.

i only like the fireplace scene. I wish the aquarium was done without the people in the foreground. Sme scenes do freeze up but the fireplace doesnt, need an option so I can save my settings instead of always going on default fireplace with the jazz playing. good app, cant beat free!

I tried it on my Logitech Revue with high speed internet and i t is choppy video but would love it it and give it 5 stars if they make it work. I'll even give a buck or two if they fix it.

Like the app a lot when it works ut locks up and force closes to much. My interet is 30mbps andhas trouble at ties.

Very good app. I especially like the fireplace. I have had no issues with the background music or freezing issues.

Or just doesn't work with Samsung galaxy mega 6.3

The app almost always freezes on launch, when it does open it freezes every 20 seconds or so. Also it should only enable the image's sound on startup rather than multiple sounds and music.

The music is nice, and so is the rain sound effects. But if the fireplace video doesn't work, that what good is it?! The video is locked up most of the time, even in the classic non-1080p mode!! Tried deleting it and reinstalling because I really wanted it to work, but it's not worth what I paid for it. And since I paid nothing, it's not even worth THAT! Nor is it even worth 1 star. UNINSTALL!!
