Clawee - A Real Claw Machine

A scam and a waste of money, much like a real life claw machine! In the game, 1000 coins cost about $5. Most machines in the game cost more than 1000 coins to play and the prizes within them can be purchased on Amazon for less than $5. Plus, most of the games are functionally impossible.

Games are really buggy. I played one game for a Hello Kitty plush. You had to get furry blue balls. Then, I switched to a different prize, the avocado and it was the same game. The game was buggy. I kept getting error messages and it would restart the game. I got a second message that I was reimbursed, but that was for only one of the games. I would have to start the game over and get charged more coins, instead of the discounted rate for playing a second time. Total rip off. Want a refund.

Well got the membership and won some prizes at first. But for the amount of money and very little coins you get, added to the prices of each game...It's really not worth it. And the claw will pick up the item but as soon as it starts moving, it falls out. The claw is obviously programmed to not grip the prize tight because I watch it move open and closed. Disappointed because this could be a really awesome fun app. But not worth money or hype. Wish I could get a refund.

This app is awful. I'm still new and have had nothing but issues. The cranes freeze and lag, but the biggest issue I had is it glitches at checkout and charged me 4 times for shipping. When I reached out to support they said they couldn't help me and to contact my app store provider and didn't give me a refund. So now I'm having to go through PayPal and file a dispute since none of my 4 transactions successfully shipped my items. I will no longer be using this app. There are better ones!

EDIT: I never received my items. It's been like 5 months and nothing. The only way to get any support is to call the carrier (Equick China) but I couldn't get through. At least I only lost $4... I played twice and won both times, but when I went to get the items shipped it required me to become a VIP member. It's only $3.99, which I would be willing to pay for shipping anyways, so I did it... But still kind of false advertising. Also, be aware that items can take "up to 8 weeks" to ship.

It's fun but impossible to win anything when it only allows you to move the claw in one direction and then it automatically drops it for you every time. I bought coins with my own money to get a decent amount of tries and every single time it dropped somewhere I didn't even place the claw , far before the timer went up. I will be uninstalling before I waste any more time or money.

claws are very loose and prizes are pretty heavy. I had one in the claw about 4 times and the claw was so loose and jerked a lot when it started moving causing my prize to fall and therefore, I lost several times in a row. In response to your reply 5/6/2]22 No, like I said the claws are super loose and the items are heavy. I hooked one of the balls 4 times and every time, it wouldn't make it to the hole to win. I also, watched several other players do the extra same thing as me. Tighten up!

I'm really good at claw machines at my local stores, this one seems to screw you by moving extra as soon as you 'stop', plus I've spent extra money on more coins to play for prizes. Have only won 1 item over the past 3 months, that still hasn't even shipped. You email the support team, it's because of the 'supplier' and takes up to 8 weeks - it's already been a month. Literally your best bet - go to your local store and play their claw machine. You spend a dollar a play, but it's way better.

It's okay for what it is. You can definitely win prizes I've won and received a few. Fun way to pass the time. However from what I've spent and what I've won it's not exactly worth it. The prizes and shipping are exactly like the shopping app wish. They aren't as nice as they are shown in the game and very cheap and I have had 2 items just not show up like wish is famous for. They did however send me a replacement or offered coins each time and the customer service is very good about everything

You have to pay for coins. I've put alot of money into this game and have won several times but I've only gotten one of my items delivered and it's going on 3-4 months where I'm missing all my other wins. Not worth it. If you see something you like just search for it on Amazon or Google and I promise you'll find it for super cheap... I'm disappointed.

Lost 2 stars because the game has completely changed and been rigged against the player. They changed from actually prizes to weird balls or boxes that the claws are rigged to be unable to grab. Total waste of money. Plus, on the camera you can see people moving things to places the claw can't grab. Totally broken, was way more fun a couple years ago before the rigged changes.

I have spent so much money trying to win anything on here. And the claw always let's go of the prize before it drops it into the winners area. It's like the claw just let's go. Even tho I have picked it up. Ridiculous. I'm Uninstalling!!!. This game rips you off and steals your hard earned cash. The ad is false advertising by telling you that you're gonna win a prize everytime. What a waste of time and $$$!!!

Immediately addicted! This app is so much fun Edit 2022: I took a long break and its just not the same. MUCH more expensive and difficult to win anything, when you do it looks nothing like the picture. Quality has gone way down :( I can't play the daily "free" rounds anymore unless I pay. The $.99 and $1.99 options in the store are gone, it's $3.99 and up now for less coins. Sad!!

Enjoyable overall. Easier to win at first, but like any other claw machine, it's not entirely skill-based, so there's times it's rigged to lose. Pros: Fun. A good variety of prizes. Customer service is very responsive. Worth the money the first few tries when it works. Cons: The camera angle for some machines is terrible. I've had 4 times where it was aligned to pick up the prize, but the claw didn't close all the way. I was refunded for one. A small lag, so stop earlier.

Fun and addicting! the only issue I seem to have is when the claw grabs the prize and goes to drop it in the slot to win, instead drops it right before so then I loose which seems to be a technical issue that needs to be fixed.. this happened several times now and I've spent quite a bit of money to be able to have fun and win at times too not just almost win.. like it should be you either win or you don't. Like the ones at the store they don't pick it up then drop it right before the slot.

Apparently the game isn't compatible with my Chromebook or my internet is suddenly too slow. (never had issues with speed before) Either way, I have to uninstall it since every time I go to a machine it tells me "Whoops. Try another machine." I couldn't even use my free coins to play...not even once. I give up. It's probably a fun game though when it lets you play.

If you like crane/claw games, this is still one of the best out there, though it has gotten rather expensive to play recently. I used to love playing but now it isn't affordable! Yes, you do get actual prizes which is nice, however, the cost of coin packages doesn't guarantee wins, and machines are definitely programmed (read: rigged) so that it isn't all skill based anymore. The tier system is also frustrating at times.

This game is alot of fun. Never won in the arcade, but I have won a few prizes & I had 1 issue. Item was dropped. I contacted support & they rewarded me it, so I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service. It is a bit expensive but I did look at Amazon & did the math & app ended up being cheaper even with the subscription. The subscription covers shipping. I'd rather pay the 1 time fee then with each item. They move items around when they get hard to win also.It's been fun playing the game.

If I could give it a lower I would. The reason why the speed at witch you move the machine is delayed by about 10secs and the cameras quality suck, when you download the game you get free credit but if you win something you got to get a subscription to be able to ship and so on. The customer service is not bad but they don't solve anything, if you put coins in the game and it kicks you out you not getting them back.

It's ok but some of the machines rip ya off. The game has glitched and cheated me out of coins 3 different times. You can actually win though & decide if you want to keep your prize or sell it for more coins. I've won a couple things. I wish the prizes were better though. Seems like it's all cheaply made for the cost.

it's fun but frustrating just like a real claw game the claw is too loose and extremely hard to win a prize usually it falls before you get it back to the drop point no matter how perfectly you have it positioned in the center of the claw! In 3 months it'll be a year that I have been waiting for a prize that I spent a lot of REAL MONEY to win!!!!!!!! And of course there's no way to contact customer service 🤬🤬🤬

I've spend a good amount of money to play these claw machines, and it is very fun and not too difficult with enough practice. My only issue is that I've had at least 5 instances where I press play and it never let's me play and then I get out of the specific game and it doesn't refund my tokens. I've lost over 1000 coins with this issue. When that issue is fixed then this will be worth a 5 star!

I'm going to be honest I'm impressed. The problems I've had with it blocking out my phone because it was in an "unauthorized country" were fixed fast when I notified the staff and I've actually received a prize. One major problem though is that shipping updates need notifications for when they happen. That way people wouldn't be forced to constantly check the prize shipping status.

It was hard to get 2 the toy you wanted. Kept going 2 the wrong screen. Finally got to the right 1 & I caught it by a tiny part. Tried another game where i caught the blue fuzzy ball perfectly 3 times in a row, and everytime after fully caught & going 2 drop in the bin it fell out. 😡kind of bs. Yes i understand how crane games work, but no reason to drop ALL 3. There was 1 game I didn't understand it had a ramp and turning rock things, not sure what you had to do. Im on the fence about this 1

This "game" is a waste of time. Unless you want to spend money, you're stuck. You do get some free coins when you first download but after that you have to rely on your once a day free coin grab which rarely goes over 100. Most of the prizes are super expensive too so you have to stock up on coins for a week to even get 1 chance to play and you're almost guaranteed to fail the way their machines and cameras are set up. Go to a local arcade instead of downloading this money grab of a game.

If you're someone that can't walk past a claw machine without playing at least once, then you have try this app! I won a prize within the first few minutes of playing! Clawee started me off with 200 free coins, I picked the prize I wanted to play for (cost of playing for desired prize was 200 coins), played and won! I payed $3.99 which covers a full week of shipping on any prizes won within paid week. In my opinion it's totally worth the cost. I love it!

The app was fun at first and while it was harder you were able to play without paying, until a few weeks ago. They have a daily free round available to help players earn a tiny amount of coins for free. A few weeks ago I can no longer access the free round and it just reads "expired", forcing me to purchase coins if I want to continue to earn anything and try to play. I also spent the money on the VIP membership when I first joined to try to redeem the initial prize I won, but it never came.

I don't like that the game states every time you login on certain weeks, you get extra coins added automatically and it'll go up each day. I have never had that work for me. I've never been able to get any coupons sent to me or on Facebook or through email or anything and I've spent a lot of money playing this game. I haven't received my last 4 prizes due to shipping issues. I've emailed support several times and still get a generic response that doesn't help in the slightest bit.

addictive I would give it 5 stars if there was a yearly membership that you could buy instead of the monthly fee. Also, sometimes the games doesn't have a lot of balls or prices. The other only issue is that some of the prices are a bit to expensive. Overall great app though and will probably use it again.

Not only does it cost a lot of coins for one game, but if you actually want something worthwhile you're going to be spending a lot of real money. The claws are terrible, and don't get a good grip on things you pick up. They just get dropped halfway, and you have zero control over this. You don't even get a refund of your coins if you fail it. Just buy the stuff off of Amazon or eBay. It's cheaper, trust me. Make the claws have a tighter grip, and maybe it would be better.
