Waiting forever to start upload. That never happens! Can't select multiple files. Can't go to memory card...it's useless...👎

Downloaded this app about six months ago. It was great. Except for not being able to batch delete it was a fine app. Nine days ago my pictures disappeared. It shows that they've loaded but they are not there. I can't download them either. I tried communicating with the creators through the help portion of the app. I haven't heard back. I deleted the app then redownloaded it. I logged into my account but I lost any chance of recovering my pictures. The app started over fresh. DON'T TRUST THIS APP!
