Clean and Upkeep
The Cleansing and Maintenance Division provides various cleansing services to Central Government and Local Councils. The main purpose of the Cleansing and Maintenance Division is to keep urban and non-urban areas free from litter and illegal dumping, thus, enhancing Malta’s environment.

L-għan ewlieni tad- Diviżjoni għat-Tindif u Manutenzjoni hu li jżomm żoni urbani u dawk mhux urbani ħielsa minn ħmieġ u rimi illegali, u b'hekk jittejjeb l-ambjent Malti.

Recently I submitted several reports with photos of rubbish in the countryside, and the feedback given by the system was just a question (quoting) 'What is your complaint about please?'.
Useful app, would be better if could upload more than one image.
Good idea but, the street names are always wrong, and nothing is ever done, so in reality it remains an idea
Trash, you cannot read the category names. Unintiutive, poorly conceived and implemented
First time using this app as I really dont know what else to do to be helped. People seem not to care and it's a shame. Rubbish piled up here and there and becoming a disgrace.

Would be ideal to have all reports recorded and kept in log like "my reports" for each case reported.
Since app has no GPS facilities I tried to send a screenshot of tag in google maps where garbage was found in countryside. However it seems app is unable to send multiple pictures at one go so I couldn't send the actual garbage pics. Great initiative! Keep it up... and running :-)
Very good idea. BUT a GPS location option is a must in this application because most of the dump is in our countryside.
It's a great initiative but gps location is a must otherwise it is practically useless when reporting littering in remote places.
Easy to use and it helps us keeps our country cleaner

When switching between apps or go to select an image to attach, it just resets everything and prompts for an internet connection even though I was connected. So I tried submitting the report without an image and it still fails and asks to try again later. Fed up of trying now. Also pls fix the online form to Request for Public Cleansing Services. Keeps giving a string error for the email field even though it's written fine.

Excellent idea! please update the map so that a location can be manually chosen on the map instead of searching for street names.
