This app was super cool at first, but then started acting weird and I'd have to do the same selection/clean up routine multiple times. I checked my email this morning and everything had been deleted, including everything I had saved in folders using this app. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to sort it out. Wish I could give negative stars and get my money back.
So far the app is good for organizing but I still had to give it a 3 star. Well for 1 its $30 a year so I feel it should function better than any email app. But so far the links in my emails don't work or in some the pictures just won't load. So it definitely still needs work other than that I think it's great but being able to use links is a must have for emails.
Great service! I brought my 125,000+ email inbox down to zero. There are a myriad of ways to sort and filter. The 1 star reviews are totally uncalled for. At first I thought I had to pay before it would do anything but that's only because the application was still in the process of scanning my huge inbox. Wait for the app to actually complete scanning before you get angry and post a 1 star review stating you have to pay first. The first 1000 emails ARE FREE. They don't hawk your data either. :)
Starting to get concerned as this is by far the best app for email management and I've tried all of them available to date. One of the only apps to allow creating rules and filters which are automatic as well as the most feature rich app to clean up email boxes & keep your inbox optimized and efficient. UPDATE* Thank you for the response and clarification as that will help others better understand this too. Is there a development roadmap available?
I always wanted to get rid of all those useless emails and newsletters but the list was too long for me to segregate and delete what is not necessary. This app was like a lifesaver, I didn't even expect it would be so fast and easy to unsubscribe, manage my old emails and set up filters for the future. Thanks, devs! Keep up working!!!
Poorly designed. Very confusing to use. Not sure what it really did. Not user intuitive. Does not do things automatically. You still have to go email by email. I had 20,000 emails and it took forever to sort things out. I am not really sure if the app helped. Perhaps a little.
I’ve been using this app for quite a long time and can absolutely recommend it not only to everyone who uses email correspondence at work but also common internet user. You can manage few email accounts from one place and make them all organized automatically.
The principle of Clean Email's work is quite simple but if you try to use it you will be shocked how much it can help you reduce the time on email management. It can automate a lot of actions so you do not need to waste your energy and can spend it on doing more important things.
Good app, better than others I've tried... but requires subscription service. I'm sorry but I'm not paying for subscription for something so banaal as deleting bulk emails. Yes.. it also unsubscribes, but almost £25 minimum a year to use it is nuts - I doubt most people would even pay that as a one off payment.
I hate managing email accounts. I have a few of them for different purposes but all of them become overloaded with unneeded messages. With this app you can manage your different accounts in one place. It’s very easy, safe and saves you a lot of time.
Nice and simple interface, intuitive, smart, and secure app. Because of the lack of time and often laziness we just can't handle managing all these newsletters and promotional emails and get rid of those which we don't need anymore for sure. This email cleaning app made my emails organized and inbox clean.
Absolute godsend 🙏 A bit pricey but worthwhile in my opinion. Don't expect it to automate 100% and get things 100% right... it takes a little effort initially verifying what email is useful and what is junk, but it does a lot for you. I spent maybe 2 hours cleaning 40,000 emails, and then it's just the occasional tweak here and there. 3 weeks in and my inbox has been consistently clean, my spam is down to around 10 emails a day, my trash about the same... the unsubscribe tool really works! 😁
Well worth the money for a paid subscription. Intuitive, highly efficient & user friendly app. Safely takes out the clutter without any collateral damage. Accomplished within hours what would have taken days if not weeks of tedious work, sorting through tens of thousands of emails, unsubscribing from countless mailing lists. I haven't seen any of my gmail accounts so clean since the first week of creating them. Will definitely be re-subscribing when current subscription runs out.
I heard about this app from one of my colleagues and decided I would check it out. Manual email management drives me crazy. The best thing that this app has is unsubscribe and auto-delete features. I can't live without it any longer for sure.

I have Clean Email for my laptop and love it! I work online and this is a MUST to save time, money and my energy!Paying the relatively low and fair price for the subscription is nothing compared to what I save in time! Time IS money in the online world! I just now finally downloaded the app to my phone, which I don't use a lot for emails, but it will certainly help keep me organized when I do use it! 🥰
This is the worst service ever! If I could give it negative stars I would! For the second time since I've had this service since I did the upgrade I have ended up having all of my emails transferred to my trash can and I'm unable to stop it. I did not move all of these emails to my trash can and now I'm trying to figure out how to recover them and separate what I did delete individually from everything getting moved over! This is just awful!
Minutes after downloading it it was not what I was looking for. I wanted a month to month subscription, I got charged for the entire year. Reached out for partial refund to change sub month to month. Was immediately told no.
The app has really a lot of advantages. At the beginning it gives you a trial of cleaning 1000 emails and if you buy subscription plan you can continue use all features. My favourite is unsubscribe feature because I’m subscription maniac and after a while I understand that I don’t need almost any of those newsletters and promotions.
After trying lots of email tools I can definitely say that this one is the best. I've had privacy issues with a lot of apps before, but I'm happy with everything in this software.
Great app for cleaning up junk and spam email's and deleting your main email's without having to go through them all and it let's you delete email's in bulk unlike the Gmail app and unsubscribe from thing's much easier and faster than in the Gmail app. I give 4 star's cause I wish some of the automatic feature's we're free cause some people can't afford to pay monthly for something like this but even the free version cut's down on time deleting unwanted email's and keeps my inbox clean! At some moment I started receving a ton of useless and spam eamils. Luckily this app was very easy to install and use in order to get rid of those emails. Highly recommend it.

It really works! This app is a very convenient way to clean up the mailbox, keep what you want need, and easily unsubscribe from the annoying messages you do not want to receive anymore
let me write a review as well. I was deleting emails manually all the time and setting up filters in Gmail. But this app can really help to make it easier. You set up rules once and they work for all new emails. Unsubscriber feature is useful too if you are subscribed to many newsletters you don't need.
So much better than Cleanfox. Simple authentication with Google account, allow. It will take some time to scan all your e-mails. Then you're all set. You can take a 7-day trial for using Auto-Clean and set-up the preferences for it like whether to trash or permanently delete, or also mention what emails to delete and from which senders and also many more. Though it has limited features for free and requires you to get a paid subscription, I think it is well worth it.
