The app doesn't work. Noone responds after making a booking neither after messaging them through the app. Useless.
We have used CleanCloud app in our stores for two years now. Our experience with it has been a smooth journey. The app works well, and we can't say that there has been a noticeable downtime throughout this period. The app is user friendly, and it doesn't take more than a few hours for even new staff to work their way around it. The company rolls out constant updates on the feature, but those updates are usually improvements and not drastic changes that require learning the app all over.
I love this service, great turnaround response if you have inquires. Definitely recommend using this service for your laundering needs!
Where is the option to edit/cancel orders? It also doesn't advise to review your order before submitting your pick-up/delivery. Doesn't mention whether payment is before pickup or after delivery. Great idea and a few things missing. Customer service is great and quick though.

Great user-friendly, versatile, clean app to coincide with the dry cleaning services used to go with it. Very easy to navigate even for the non-techi individual. The dry cleaning services I utilize is Neighborhood Dry Cleaning. Its centrally located in Hoboken, NJ. The owner is a delight to work with. Great communication and most importantly - customer service with a smile. Will be doing all my laundered services here from now on. You've got yourself a LIFETIME customer! Thank You!
Poor. Two of my friends signed up per my invitation using my promo code. Both of my friends received their $10.00 for signing up, I didn't receive any. The promo was invite friends, and both they and I will receive$10.00 credit upon their sign up. WTH...where is my $20 credit???? #PrettyTickedOff
Was charged for a pickup despite no one ever showing up. Must be nice to run a business taking people's money without having to actually provide a service. Would give zero stars if I could. I want my credit card taken off your f'ing app so you can't just take my money when you feel like it!!!!

First impression... Old way, answer yes to a push text, hang bag outside Friday am, clean clothes come back Monday, paid with Autopay. New way, find and run the app, count and classify clothes in the bag, schedule pickup day (only 1 choice, Tuesday), schedule return day (no choice, 1 week later). This is not easier.
End users seem to need help navigating through putting in an order for the first time. Need to be tech saavy to manage.
At first when I scheduled pickup, I only put my street address, but I realized it probably needed city and state.... After that no problem.... Scheduled service for this Wednesday, July 22nd.... Will find out then how good the service is....
The app forces you to make a reservation with the laundromat BEFORE you can see the prices of said laundromat. After viewing the prices I clicked all the way back without actually confirming. Laundromat calls me back saying that I had made a reservation when I did not. Deceptive.
The app works well. The service not so much. Takes generally 4 days turn around, they give you all your clothes folded and wrinkled, even if you return the hangers. Think I'll be finding services elsewhere.
Cannot order. Select date menu does not work. There is no selection. So I could not order. I tried to contact via "Contact Us" but didn't work either. Didn't work out for me.
Very professional the cloth is very clean and I love how they fold my clothes and it smell so even after a few days

Pretty simple to use. Been trying to add fabric softener but there's no way I can change that. Or maybe I'm missing something?

Quick pickup, quick turnaround and really nice drivers
Well so far I've added my card twice not sure why it says waiting for payment I also added "do not pick up until payment is processed" and it happens they show up either ways with an unprocessed payment or hit me with card declined after having clothes washed and folded I reassure you that you will bring me back my clothes and I'm not paying for it. Not even sure how to use the app do I literally have to count how many shirts are there because I clicked wash and fold once for all clothes.
