CleanLine - Laundry made easy

So bad it should be closed down right this second! They managed to DESTROYED not 1, not 2, but FIVE different garments in one go! The items came back as if they were mangled by a rabid animal. Some items were torn others were wrinkled beyond repair! If you care about your clothing, NEVER use this service! 1 star is still WAY too generous

Horrible they damaged my clothes and every time got back my clothes wrinkled with faded colors. People don't even risk trying this app. And every time I complain they say we will collect your items again for re pressing and they never do! Zero respect for their clients and way way overpriced. Only if you want to get your clothes damaged and pay for that then use them!!!!

very convenient as they have pick up and drop off service! and the prices are very cheap compared to the good service. you can easily get your carpet or duvet or any other bulky laundry done hassle free

More recently, terrible. Items are never delivered on time! It's supposed to be simple...

I ordered using this app 3 times. Every time they did not come to pick up my order within the allotted slot. I had to knock them in the app (which wasn't very responsive) all the time to schedule a pick up. Not worth the hassle at all. While I did not find any other option, I had to go back to them thinking this time it will be better, but every time I was let down and disappointed. Avoid using if possible, specially if you are in Riyadh.

Great to have a service like this especially all the way out in Obhur. The app works greats and it's easy. Plus they do a great job with the cleaning too. Fast pick and almost everytime its next day delivery can't beat it. Keep up the great work.

Not recommended, tried them twice, delay in pick up and delivery and mistakes on invoice. Customer service are helpful and reply quickly, but it is not reasonable to contact customer service several times for every order. By the way customer service don't reply to the mobile number mentioned, they reply to the in app chat. Will not use their services anymore.

Unprofessional. I placed 2 orders and nobody showed to pick it up.

Completely useless. We prepared many comforters and rugs for scheduled pick up. No one came and customer service just ignores us in both the app and telephone. Uninstalling and never using again.

I have been a customer of theirs for a very long time possibly from the very beginning when they started in Riyadh. The service is excellent however there are times because of staff changes the instructions get mixed up and on occasion I have had discoloration of my clothes. But mostly they are a good company with very good service. I do wish they have a sustained discount for not just their regular customers but somebody who does large amounts of laundry every time.

This is a very nice app which has good features for ordering the pickup and delivery of laundry. The service is also quick and clothes come in a very nice wrapping. The prices are very competitive and the customer service is also very good. I would recommend them.

Terrible experience! Or should I say no experience at all: Twice I ordered laundry pickup, and twice no one showed up. I complained to their help desk who promised service. Nope. Useless. Nice app, but no service. Don't waste your time with them!

Booked a slot, no one showed up, after many messages someone showed up, promised to return the clothes 2:00 pm next day. 3 hours delay and I missed a flight because of this. I don't recommend. Use Just Clean App. Way more professional.

Simple Easy to Use and Great Service

Lost pairs of socks and a branded shirt that never came back. The service seemed good, but clearly the price to pay is too high if clothes keep disappearing.

Fast and professional service

Very bad service and unprofesional staff. They pick my laundry last February 16,2022 and promise to make it just 2 days as their reg day for delivery is 3-4 days bit untill now they dis not deliver i tried to talk to them and promise me to deliver but nothing also the supervisor and the manager they never respond on any phonecall or mesages. I was advised to file complain.

Easy and simple to use, the driver is usually on time. They need to improve the ironing of the thoab only.

It's been smooth and excellent with great delivery service it made so much sense to use it rather them going my self. Live the service too

Very good service up until staff changes were made. My last two orders have been terrible...no pick up, late delivery. Quality of returned laundry has not been good.

Very disappointed. Great service initially (been a steady customer for over a year) but when they shrunk my curtains and I demanded a refund they said someone would call me back...im still waiting...

Great Customer Service. Press and Steam could be better as osme items tend to come crinkled. All in all pretty good company.
