It functions. Most of the time. Location clock in/out didn't work even though I gave it permission. Eventually I figured out that if I dive in some secret settings. Only then I was able to get it to work. I knowingly, it says fingerprint facial ID recognition, but it doesn't work. Finally, the "navigate to location" doesn't work properly the first time I click it. I have to back out of the map system and click it two or three times to get the proper address to show up.

Does not accept NO responses unless you input it 3 or 4 times. Also, clocking in and out inaccuracies occur with this app. One more final thing, it freezes up in the screen. I don't recommend this app at all. Always has problems the largest majority of the time. Two years ago it was great, but now it doesn't work properly and is frustrating to deal with.

I'm really sad with this app as of lately. When I first started using this app, it was WONDERFUL! However, since the latest update, it did not actually FIX anything. It has, however, decreased the appeal of the app. It freezes everything every day, every time. I have to use this app daily (just as countless other folks do, I'm sure) for work, but when it's freezing all of the time, it is a HUGE inconvenience for work! It prevents me from leaving detailed notes and I can't clock out!

It glitches please fix it. Every time I have to boot no for a task and put in why, I always have to do it 3 or 4 times it's really annoying and takes up too much time. App was working fine for a good while now what wasn't broke is now being fixed but with glitches. This might not affect the people behind the scenes but the people who have to use it are affected and its frustrating. Stop fixing what's not broke!!

Generally terrible to use. Clocking In and out is real particular and doesn't work half the time. Not really any sort of offline support. Used to be able to look back threw notes left by other caregivers and leave your own to keep track of changes, client preferences and so on. This app seems nowhere near as helpful or intuitive.

This app is so poor, there's not enough tools to navigate within when we try to clock in or out. Needs upgrade, my office keeps telling me it's, poor wifi or poor reception, I'm telling its not either of them. So poor provider and needs alot more explanation to it. I can't even go back to the previous day to adjust my time.

This app works for the most part, but - I have to put in a reason for tapping 'no' for a task, and it takes 3-4 tries sometimes to get the reason to stick. Sometimes I have trouble clocking in or out, and have to call the office for them to fix it for me.

App always has glitches, I've been having issues clocking in and out since I started I always have to call the main number to get clocked in. It never picks up my location, even when I have it on and allow the app to monitor it, it doesn't pick it up. So it's annoying say the least.

The only problem that I see with the app is that the task list is separate so you have to go through and hit no and then explain and submit and you have a bunch of tasks that every client and it literally takes 15 minutes to clock out. I'd like there to be an option to have multiple selections for answering the task questions

Acually I'm rating this app a minus 10. It wont even let me post unless I rate it. It takes me anywhere from 15-25 min each time to clock in and out "EVERY DAY"😠😠. It always says I'm not there, when I am. I have to repeat "not completed" tasks 2 to 5 times. Since this app was updated. I have to consistinitly tap on the yes and no like 20 times each for it to turn red and green. This app is suppose to make our jobs easier not harder. Even my client says this app sucks... Fix it!!!

This app has been a problem from day one. I haven't been able to clock in for almost a week. I have uninstalled and reinstall and I updated it. Keeps saying it can't verify my location I'm in the client's home. I don't understand. Yall need to do something about this app. This is absolutely ridiculous. Others are complaining about the same thing. So why there is no Change/improvement?????

This app sucks all the way around. Same dumb questions and I'm over the covid question in the beginning. Like we're health care workers we don't need reminded to wash out hands and watch for signs ECT. Also it randomly has glitches. Won't pick up location so then you can't clock in/out.

This app is an absolute genuine conventional tool!!! It's a no fuss solution...especially when you don't have to find yourself dealing with a bunch of unnecessary paper work!!! I like this app!!! Easy does it!!! No wonder my agency chooses this tool!!!!!😜

I get frustrated with the app when it can't pick up my location, happens often.. it becomes a whole thing with clocking in/out. I am also hoping you will fix the problem with marking the reason for a task when it is not done. Most often you have to type the reason in twice ti get it to submit,, and then it sends 2. Other than that, it's a 5

This app NEEDS a MAJOR update!! I've had small issues with it in the past, but nothing that was too bothersome. After today 1-28-22, the problems are getting worse and more serious. Now my GPS isn't working in the app. Was already upset about not being able to set up my fingerprint for password, can't switch between the two different companies I work for (I have to log out and log back in). Overall just VERY FRUSTRATED, and until someone fixes the problems.

Completely counterproductive app. Instead of providing respite care I'm busy trouble shooting this lazy mess of an app. Emailing timesheets were way more efficient. I wish I could give it negative stars. I'd be better off quitting for the amount we get paid, it's not worth the headache. Also I dont agree with the amount of spying and tracking this app does its unethical and unconstitutional.

My employer has my task sheet fixed on their end, but on my end it's not correct at all. They've tried over and over to fix it. I even deleted the app and installed it again. Still not right! So frustrated!

There's no way to view if other caregivers did once or twice a week requirements, like showers and changing bed linens. And no way to list other random things that are not on the list. We have notebooks to list, but other caregivers do not always read what other caregivers did. The paper checklists, let everyone see at a glance if once or twice a week requirements were done and the date it was last done, at a glance. Assigning them to a specific day does not always work. Awful!!! I selected to save my pswd and it did once. The next time I used the app my pswd didn't populate automatically. Then I manually entered the pswd and it was incorrect 🙃. I know it's right on because it my school pswd too. Then I tried to reset the password and it took but when I pressed "check in" I received a geolocation msg. Instructing me to go to settings but no permission was denied. This is toooooooo complicated and time consuming. I was not able to clock in at work.

Easy to use a bit tricky at first because it didn't give me the option when opening it the first time to allow location services permission like other apps. I also like that no matter how many notes are written the next care giver one has to read one long paragraph and confirm one longer note then having to open each individual note. This made it nice to use in case I forget something by the end of my shift, I can write it whenever I need.

Need to make a Canadian version. Sometimes this app kind of melts down & is useless. Very frustrating, especially when there is no office staff (weekends/evenings) to log us in/out of shifts.

I have just started using this app so that may be the problem but I don't like the fact you can't seen to change your availability when using this app nor can you message your superiors. I feel this app needs additional features to make it more beneficial so as to not only be a time clock.

After recent update of app it glitches trying to sign in to clock in/out for shifts. So annoying to half to call your agency to clock in/out. Terrible accessing since doing update!

This app has 1 too many glitches. Its constantly telling me to turn on my location only my location is on. It will allow me to clock in and not out or simply wont allow me to clock in or out. Ive only been able to clock myself in 2 times. Otherwise it tells me it cant verify my location and advises me to call the office for an alternative way to clock in. Very annoying even more so that you claim its been fixed. I'd have to agree with everyone else. The App ISN'T fixed.

Application is garbage, and invasive! I need to have location on so I can look at a care plan, or my schedule, huh? Would be helpful if employer actually took the time to incert client information. I prefer just calling in to clock in, why does everything need an application.

Constant reminders. Clocking out is unaccepted if if we need to extend our shift even a few minutes. Answering the cate questions should have more than yes and no choices. Some shifts should have N/A included. Most dishes and housework done during daytime hours. Adding info timely.
