The app is great but the most recent update makes it a really pain to see custom stats from a long period of study... I I want to show a few months worth of stats it simply takes more than a few minutes... and also in the custom dates screen something happens and resets the dates sometimes. I still use it but I'm really upset about it..
Minimalist design is enjoyable but also lacking if you desire more options. The ability to save modes would be nice and to change the colour of the theme. You cannot skip to a break mode and I have yet to have a long break. Paid version is worth it in my opinion, just hoping for more features to be added to allow for greater customization.
I really enjoy the app, its exactly what I needed. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is because the widget (which is super useful) is no longer working on my Nexus 5. I can start the cycle on it but to start a break or skip I need to open the app since the widget won't respond.
I loved this app until recently! For whatever reason, the interrupted sessions show up as a separate statistic. For example, I'll have "notes 12hrs" and then "notes_interrupted 2hrs07mins"... I liked it better when full and interrupted sessions fell under one statistic (i.e. "notes 14hrs07mins") because I have a lot of different projects going at once and now I have double the stats - which defeats the purpose of this app for me, everything is just too cluttered on the stats screen.
Needs some polishing, task management is sub par even for being basic. Once added, a task cannot be modified. Exported stats vanish in an unreadable section of the phone. This could use some TLC, because the app itself is minimalistic and nice. No bloated features and it does what it says. It would be great if it would get an update to fix them rough edges. The companion app Clearlock crashes and the email is unreachable, which is concerning...
App is awesome, I just wish there were more themes and colors other than just red,white and black. When you use it regularly, it gets a little dull. 😀 Other then that no complaints. Five stars! 🌟
Bug: The application stops the timer if the ram has been cleared. We have to stop the timer and restart it once again. But the time where the timer stopped does not get added to the statistics.
Works perfectly for me, not many settings to distract me but has all the necessary features so if I wanted to modify break or work times I could with ease. Also allows WiFi and specific apps to be blocked once your work timer starts!
Great app, but could you please add an option to disable the remaining time in the notification? I want to send notifs to my Garmin smartwatch when the producitivity and break blocks start, but now I receive a notif each time the remaining time in the notif gets updated... So literally every second, which is something I don't want.
Doesn't do the basic job. My timer stops abruptly and I have to press start button to make it start again. I lose the progress of time and I have no idea what makes the timer stop automatically at a random time. This issue needs to be sorted soon as it fares against the basic functionality of the app.
avoid this developer - Poor support from dev who accused me of being a spammer when I sent them a query about the app
It's great when it works. It has a tendency to randomly stop working during a session, which is extremely frustrating.
Best pomodoro app. Gives u bare minimim features (which is expected from such an app) clean UI. Suggestion- allow sound to be played when a session ends even in continuous mode (which is exactly the place where it is wanted )
Ok, but there are free apps like Tide that have options for music as well, it's just nature sounds and stuff but good for me. Unless you really love the charts on this app, it's not really worth the money with so many free options available.
UPDATE: 28.06.2017 11:31 (UTC) Still no updates on my request? I recommend everyone to simply try the app "Bitspin Timely": you set the timer for 25 minutes (or any time you wish) and when it finishes it does EXACTLY what i suggested before: it POPS UP UNTIL you manualy stop it! Plain and simple! And FREE! (and besides that feature, the "Bitspin Timely" is BEAUTIFUL constructed and with a lot of effects). Again: What about this feature on CLEAR FOCUS? Very good and minimalistic, the only problem that i see is the missing pomodoro counter in stats...only show you the total time, and i think that the pomodoro cuantity is a better measurement...
This is nice, but it would be good if the widget used the chosen theme, and if there were a "bypass lockscreen" option, like Brain Focus has
I could never focus and keep studying or in my case complete an university assignment without wasting time for hours and hour, this is a 5 star app i assure you, don't complain about the ads when you can turn off your data or wifi to avoid them, even though thats a feature of this app itself 🤷
I love this app "Clear Focus" + "Clear Clock" and purchased premium apps but it seems "Clear Clock" is not compatible with Android 8.1 anymore (it disappeares from Google Play Store)
App is just great. But statistic's graphic is really bad designed. It's only one thing that makes me sad. It can be more smooth, or at least have a choice how to view. And that definitely would make this app a way cooler.
Nice app. But it seems to miscalculate the working time of pomodoros that get paused in the middle, even if they are resumed later till their end. Those paused and resumed pomodoros add 24 minutes only to the Working Time instead of 25.
This app promised widget as in app purchase. After I purchase, it is found that they haven't tested the app. It has very simple bug. After a session widget freezes and becomes unusable. This level of sloppy apps shouldn't be allowed in the store.
Good app, one suggestion for the developers - I think the notification APIs need updating so that they are compatible with Android Wear. This would take this app from good to great!
A nice Pomodoro timer: minimalist, no distracting features to configure, lovely design. Once a Pomodoro session has been started, the screen background turns to bright red, that color cannot be changed. The ability to pause a Pomodoro session and a home screen widget are only available in the paid version. ClearFocus keeps my Android 6 phone constantly awake during sessions and triggers the battery drain warning.
