Bought this product under the impression that it was a well made and good all round product. App is almost useless Barre showing you little GIF tutorials that for the most part don't seem to work. Constantly crashes on my phone and now my headset which has never been exposed to anything but nice sunny days has just stopped working after 2 months. Very dissappinted
Old system, sound soft, no bass even with the Amp pro series n headset! Totally disappointing!
I have Motion6 headsets. This app mostly works well to adjust settings, but it is PAINFULLY SLOW if used to update the Motion6 firmware! This should be fixed! Updating the firmware via a PC is quick and much easier. If you try to update your firmware, use a PC, don't try this app for firmware updates.
Works fine for the most part. However, often after a reboot of my Galaxy S8+ I get an error message that says the app failed to start even though I didn't start it.
After the firmware update, I can't even pair it to my phone. No matter how many times I reset it, still doesn't appear on my Bluetooth list.
I am encounting a vm error code (0x00 0x14) when trying to update my amp go's firmware from 1.43 to 2.41. Can you guys work on the issue asap?

Makes using my bt control unit easier, updates the firmware, gives instructions and tech support. Nice touch to an excellet bt device. New features in this app like graphic EQ and emergency notifications are awesome! Love the adjustable music auto muting feature too.

App is needed for my uclear comm system. Crashes constantly on my Samsung s8. Everytime I reboot my phone I get notifications this app has crashed. Today on phone diagnostics made clear that this apps constant crashing even when I'm not using it is causing excessive battery drain on my phone. Uclear has some of the best audio quality on the market, sadly this seems to be bad software on great hardware.
Since I updated the device it answers phone calls by itself or it don't even ring. Not sure what's going on.
Hi can you add a feature to announce caller name? Very useful for us bikers when our phones are kept in bag which you won't know who is calling when a call comes in. Thanks!
Constantly crashes on my S8 Plus drains my battery serious software issues I love my uclear Bluetooth in my helmet but do not like the app
Cant seem to get the pickup phone call function to work. Whatsapp and line. Normal calls are ok. My friend's can use for whatever phone calls. He is using iphone7 and i'm using samsung s8+.
Using uclear amp100. Cannot get it to connect to bluetooth
Features read great, but neglecting purchasers of previous models is a mistake, this needs to become compatible with HBC200 as a minimum. Supporters of your products deserve to have new features available.

The UI is easy to use. It provides access to battery level (with an estimate of autonomy) and remote control and configuration settings. A big plus is the info handed for each setting. The firmware update utility works flawlessly. A minus is the pop up of the Text-to-Speech if no default is set. I am missing the feature to toggle the "music sharing". I will give it a 5 star if Text-to-Speech is optional and "music sharing" become available.
