Fraud. Terrible interface. Limited access to funds that they have tie ups with. It's better to use an app that gives options to buy all kinds of funds and not only the preselected ones by them.
Pathetic experience on both site and app. No option for instant redemption, even if in note, it is said that instant redemption is allowed once per day. No options to change sip amounts. No proper ui. Everything is messy and confusing. Pathetic
Only issue self has faced is of Mandate registration. If this process can be simplified then it will be great like change bank detail should be more easy can be done through App only instead of sending an email. Otherwise its the best investment App ever.
Very painful experience - paid for tax filing but my order was closed after one incomplete phone call, they said your order was switched to one advisory session. Even this session was left incomplete and without any documentation - he spoke of complicated numbers and refused to make me an excel sheet or something. Then I receive no response from their escalation team and the relationship manager who was not reachable all this while is suddenly calling and asking me to not escalate the matter.
Poor service, i purchased lot of mutual funds, but while selling they are creating lot of problems for customer. No email or chat support. Only computer is replying generic message on any issue. Don't use this app. Go for other good apps.
invested using cleartax and have been monitoring from app. looking into other funds as well. easy to use and good UI to check all funds and the performance. Good going. recommended
Very neat application structure. Can view and invest on all funds easily and quickly. Process is very smooth. Suggested for everyone interested in investing quickly and easily.
Quality of service: good. Quality of app: pathetic. This is not an actual app; this is just a wrapper over the mobile website. I feel that there is no actual reason why this "app" should exist - except for creating an entry in the Play store.
Useless app. They give website link into app no proper response and tracking. Third class service and company. They call day and night once you show interest to purchase new funds, but after no response and forgot customer. If allow I wish to give rating in minus.I hope you guys open your eyes to read this good ratings.
unable to invest. everytime i select a one time payment amount it keeps showing pay 2000 inatead of the selected amount. Imagine a app that cant take payments. Now im not even so confident that i want to invest through them😖
you have a good thing going here, but your app is a crappy rendition of your msite, and that is just sad. It is so crappy that it can't even keep me logged in. and whoever approved putting "need help" right on top of the my account tab is a genius and deserves an award.
App is really good functionality wise. Its easy and convenient to compare,study about mutual funds but being stuck / hanged very frequently recent days.
This app is not updating Live. This is not an app. It is mobile web page. One of my MF allocated and uints and statement received from bank side. But In this app not updating the same even after 24 hrs still is showing as "proceessing" in my dashboard.
No proper spport, need help button doesn't work, they don't have customer care number too. Account debited but transaction not found in this app. No customer care availabe. Not sure if money is lost.
Your application needs lot of improvement. The UI is very bad and it keeps automatically signing out from my Google account.
This app is not updated. Needs lot of improvement. Basic functionality lackes. Please update the app. Else definitely I would stop my investment through this app and move to paytm money. Will wait for one more month and stop investing through this app.
It is an amazing app to use and invest in SIP's. Investment has been made easier through this application. I just invested in about 10 mins that too with ease. Thankyou so much ClearTax!
very bad experience.. They wont consider the feedback.. SIP's are taking a week to get reflected in the dashboard. they wont respond to your e-mail or phone calls.. just pathetic experience in this tech world..
Investment through this app is very helpful. For SIP, please introduce skip option also like ETMONEY. That option would be helpful if we don't have sufficient amount to pay one month SIP.
I can't see my investments details on the app or on website. Very pathetic service provided by clear tax. Won't recommend to make investments through this app or site. Even customers care failed to solve the issue
No way to contact the team although interface is good and can be scaled up. Lacks behavioural characteristics of a proper associate for Mutual fund's investment.
its not taking to my dashboard. i tried couple of times by closing app and restarting my phone aswel..pls look into the issue guys.
There is no support for the app. not able to download my investment certificate. Have requested them to call back but no support is given. Not using their services again.
it's just a web based app, not satisfied with the app experience. id will automatically get log off after a week.

Horrible. Transaction got cancelled. Its been more than a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is horrible. Asking me to produce my bank statement as proof that Ive not received refund.
Mobile version of app does not work at all does not move from home page. None of the buttons work.

Extremely pathetic and unprofessional service. Had taken a CA assistant plan. CA was rude and didnt file return even after submitting all the documents.
ClearTax allows ease in making investments through the website and through its mobile app. It provides an intuitive interface for listing and sorting mutual funds and provides a very useful dashboard. The web site also makes it easy for stopping and redeeming SIPs. My only complaint is that it does not provide more insights on the various funds to choose from neither do I get any updates if my purchase is performing well or not in the long run. Other than that overall it is a great mutual fund app.
