Cleartrip - Travel + Local

I used make my trip a lot earlier. Friends told that cleartrip also gives good service. Unfortunately for me, it's worst experience in every step. The app doesn't allow cancel. After cancellation from the airlines, they don't initiate refunds unless you ask for it. Even after you ask, they confuse you with all complicated process. Regarding the services, they don't send alerts for basic things like check in, boarding pass, baggage stuff etc. Overall, junk service and junk app after pandemic.

Not reliable & not transparent. Other apps shows better air fares. Advise to everyone out there. Do not go for this app. I had a experience with them previously many years before. They deducted my money and didn't issue tickets. Somehow managed to get back the money after a long duration. Now felt they would have improved. Kindly don't rely them

Had been a user for some time but now frustrated by the services offered! 1. Highest ticket cancellation rate and following that payment is stuck in refund process for more than 20 Days (Still awaited) 2. Not recommended to a common user as if you just have saved money to book tickets to your home and payment got stuck due to cancellation than you may have to reschedule for 20-30 days (if you don't have additional funds) Truly not accepted as there are numerous other apps offering much better.

I would give it a zero if it were an option. Absolutely no way to reach out to them. I paid extra for insurance to be able to move my flight but my flight wouldn't come up as a trip within the app and I couldn't change it from there. When I tried to flag it through the support portals, I would keep getting the same email sending me back to where I asked for support. On the fifth try, I just got an empty email back.

I was trying to book hotel from their site and I had done payment also but it showed payment failed but money had already been deducted from my account. The worst thing is there customer service, they don't have any proper customer support. It was a worst experience and after reading reviews here I am sure about it. It's not trustworthy site or app. Their system is fraud. I don't have trip id as your system showed payment failed but I have transaction id and provide me with your contact number.

Not able to apply the offers on the time. The application only shows hang on hang on again and again and no reduction of amount is showned. What's the point of giving the offers when the target audience can not even apply it.

These people are fraud. My request to all kindly avoid booking anything from clear trip. I had booked 3 star stay with advance payment. When I went for a check in hotel informed me they had informed CT that they were sold out. When these people knew about the issue in advance, they simply didn't find a alternate stay and thought I have to accept what ever they offer me. Their customer care is even worse, they just wasted my time by asking for more and more time, didn't help me at all.

I had issues with receiving the refund, but now finally I have received it. They have shifted the availability of their customer services to a different number, which is not visible at the app, nor om Google, but they sent that detail when I wrote a review previously and after contacting on that number, refund issue was resolved within 2-4 days

A very big scam this site is. I rescheduled my flight through the airline and they did not pay back my refund. Once I logged in to their account they asked to cancel the previous trip from them to get back the refund. When cancelled they cancelled my entire PNR bookings and deducted all the money. never use this app. Use some reliable 3rd party app always. CLEARTRIP IS A FRAUD

Pathetic experience. Booked hotel for first time using Clear Trip app, went to hotel by paying 200 Rs for Cab BUT the hotel refused my booking and said that "Clear Trip shows wrong information about room availability".. Then I had to book new hotel using a different app, paid another 200 Rs to go to that hotel... I asked Clear Trip customer care to send me a mail that they will refund my amount and compensate me But they didn't send a mail after promising that they would. Don't use this app.

Minus rating. Full refund request stuck with CT. No transparent communication with airlines. CT is yet to send me the partial money which airlines has already credited to CT nearly a month ago. I requested transparent communication be done with airlines and I be kept in loop. This would help airlines to understand my concern first-hand but executive denied. All this while, I have only been getting CT assurance but no resolution. Highly not recommended to use CT, better do bookings directly.

Cleartrip is a fraud app, i booked flight from this app with all my credit card limit. they deduct my money and did not book my tickets. Even they did not refund my money its almost 10 days they are not responding. Whenever i am calling to customer care the automated sound comes. They don't have any customet support. Never ever use cleartrip for any kind of booking they have theft my 31k.

Horrific. Cleartrip should stop hotel booking business. They don't even give feature to write reviews on hotel you had stayed. They have just created a false image of the properties with no original reviews by guests. Un-install this app immediately if you don't want to mess your trip.

Worst app. They will charge you for flexibly which is basically a insurance in case of flight cancelation and date change. But you won't get any help from their side. They will just not help you. You will have to pay so much of extra amount to book. Don't book any flights or hotels on this app. Boycott this app.

Please don't book hotels from cleartrip any how condition. These services are very cheap & rubbish. I booked a hotel through Cleartrip application. But due to emergency, I had to cancel the hotel booking within 20 minutes. But we did not get a single rupee refund. I hate this application. (दोस्तो मैं फस चुका हूं आप लोग कभी भी cleartrip से होटल बुक नहीं करना।)

Please don't book ticket using this app. I tried booking a flight from prayagraj to vadodara and everytime the payment was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from the account but the status shows payment failed. It has been one month and still have not received the refund for it.

Anytime offer is given site crashes. Awful experience with 50% off deal on 25th May. As soon as it was noon the app did not register the coupon. And within 30 secs offer was over. Awful site with worse gimmics to attract. Update 26th May and 27th May Still does not work and completely manipulated. Tried in two devices and one laptop all at 12. So overall lies and gimmics created for advertisement

The most basic app out there, especially for a reputed company! UI is pathetic and trips booked don't show up. Not only that, confirmation email for the trip was not received too.

Very bad app. I can't login with my mobile number because the 'verify and continue' button on the OTP page gets disabled after I enter the last digit of the OTP. If I login with email, I can't see my recent flight bookings in my trips page

I have never seen this kind of worst service with any travel company. I booked 2 flight tickets last month but after few days got to know flight has been cancelled so again u rescheduled it 5 days back & till today you aren't able to give confirmation for the ticket. Please stop this nonsense things if you are not able to provide proper service. You should understand with your this bad delay I'll face more ticket fare & also I faced this. It's my mistake to choose this 3rd grade travel company.

I could not find my Trips at all. History of my flight not visible. No notification/link for web check-in over mail also. I had to do it at Airport. It was a hassle. Phew... I'll henceforth make my bookings on other aggregators.

Cleartrip stop looting customers. Not refunding my ticket amount which you received from the airline because they rescheduled the flight. You don't have customer support email id. You don't have anything for customer assistance. You received my money from airlines more than two weeks back. Edit: No matter how much feedback you guys get, you won't make your refund process customer friendly. Why do you even send feedback links then?

Fraud ! Fraud ! fraud !It's been 01 month that my money has been deducted from the account while booking the air ticket,but the ticket has not been issued by clear trip stating that clear trip has not recieved money. I am continuously sending mails to them since last 1 month but no response from them. Also it's not possible to talk to customer care no. without Trip ID. Now escalating to CEO level is the only option remains with me. I hope to get the justice now if it's a jenuine company.

No options of senior citizen fare, armed forces fare, student's fare which are provided by most of airlines as well as travel sites. EDIT: I clearly mentioned that the options of various fares provided by airlines are not replicated by Cleartrip. I am not stating the fact that airfares are jacked up by Cleartrip. Please read the review properly and provide a relevant and not bot based reply.
