Was working well, but suddenly stopped. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried setting up the device again and it will not connect. Now my camera system is useless. I spoke to tech support twice, purchased new cables and new router. Still cannot connect. Tech support said they are looking into it, but it still doesn't work.

App worked for years, and now I no longer have remote access to my cameras, given the latest upgrade. Can only access the cameras from app if I'm on-site and on the same wifi. What good does that serve if I'm traveling? Please fix the app immediately so it works the way it was intended. Don't buy this system until they get it fixed!!

Well another year and still poor service, if Ring can figure it out and I can see and go live, I can't see why defender can't. Still not able to remote view my cameras, still no response to customer service emails, I think it's time to shop for a new system 🤔

I have to enter the IP address daily to view it remotely. It won't update automatically. I go to Canyouseeme,org, get my IP address, then go into settings on app, input Ip address obtained from can you see me, and then as long as I am not on wifi I can view until ip address changes on my internet. Seems like someone on your end could make a fix for this and save us from having to give bad views and abandon using Defender systems.

Crashes a lot on the Galaxy S8. Movement on the cameras is almost 5 minutes slower then the time no matter what I do. Not good when you away from home. Using wifi or having a good signal doesn't make a difference with this app.

The update on this app make it unfunctional, there's no way to connect scanning the barcode, and when I call support they told me to conncet via ip address and had to move set up bunch of settings on my network router. Hopefully they fix it !

Everything is fine when you first log on. Then after a while the screen goes back to the +'s and the device is not listed to bring the cams back up. I have to close out and and restart the program. Then the situation repeats.

This app used to connect to my DEFENDER DVR (i think that is what it is). It stopped working. I tried reinstalling it numerous times, but it still won't connect to the device. Would love some help with this.

The app was good before the update. It would have been nice to know from Defender that we would have to get into the system and get the IP address to be able to see our cameras live again. It's ridiculous that people have to post here to help other customers of theirs but I'm glad that someone did so I could finally figure out why I couldn't see my cameras. I hadn't yet called support but I shouldn't have to do that if they would just communicate the updates to us!

Device ID qr-code doesn't appear. I have uninstalled & reinstalled app trying to get the qr-code to appear, so I can see from my phone. The device is now hard wired in. Can you please troubleshoot.
