When you first open the app, a push notifications ad comes up. Which tells you to enable notifications. At this point you cannot do anything. It will not go away. You must get completely out of the app then click back on the Cleveland Browns logo and start fresh. It is very frustrating to have to do this every time, other than that I like the app.
I've been having nothing but issues recently with this app. It kicks me out, makes me change my password everytime I go to log in or tells me its wrong and then i get locked out. And most recently it displayed I no longer own rights to my tickets. I do not have time to keep going in and out of the app and going in and out of Ticketmaster to resolve it.
There was an update and now when I click on the videos tab or photos tab the app closes. I tried to write the info@ email address and it bounced back. I am on an android phone Huawei brand. Come on guys please fix the application. You have a great App. It has been too long.
The app does not function 100% on any phone on my Verizon Plan. I can locate my game tickets but I have to dig for them, the tickets link does not work. The link for my Season Ticket Membership card is not there. I am using a Galaxy Note 8 and a Galaxy Note 10 Android and the same issues are on both phones. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times.
EVERY year this app flops horribly the first game and gets slightly better through the season. I couldn't get it to work for the Ravens game, it cut out when it went from pre-game to gametime. The Thursday night game worked, but when the game was over I couldn't get it to stop streaming. I had to restart my phone to get it shut off. C'mon Browns, get your act together!
love the app but it has been crashing when trying to watch videos. And radio cuts out and disconnects. been this way for a good while now. hope it gets fixed soon.
Everybody with radio button trouble, try going under featured to the podcasts. You can stream Brown's daily from there, which is usually what is looped on the radio button anyway. Plus you can pause and start at any point of the shows.
Constantly stops working, login is incredibly painful, and you can't access half the features that they say you can, like your membership card. They finally allow you to link to Google Pay for your tickets, but they use the outdated app, so you still can't do it. Love my Browns, hate this terrible app.
Terrible, absolutely horrible, radio skips every 30 seconds. The live press conferences sounds like the person is trying to summon a demon from hell. On the other phone I have the radio feature doesn't show up in the right corner. The person who runs this app for the browns should be fired. They need to be held to a higher standard in that organization. Kevin stefanski would not be happy about it.
Trash when it comes to viewing your tickets. Multiple times I haven't been able to view my season ticket barcode and have to talk to the ticket office when I arrive to the stadium. So far worst experience I've had being a browns fan. Sadly I most likely won't be purchasing season tickets next year because of the B.S
This app sending error notifications every 30 mins (after i clear it) on my phone when im not using it reminding me to turn on my mic is about to make me delete this app! I dont want it on, and i surely don't want it on when im not using the app!
The video option within the app, every time I attempted to open it would cause the app to close. I have uninstalled and installed it several times and it still isn't working.
All the sudden this app isn't compatible with my device. Extremely frustrating as I'm a season ticket holder and I can't access the app to view my tickets! Something needs done ASAP - this is ridiculous!
The radio feature cuts out constantly. That's really all I use the app for. Very frustrating to have to refresh it all the time.
I don't know what intern you had design this app but having a person sign into multiple accounts to get a ticket on their Browns app could be the most insane thing I've ever heard of. It was cumbersome and hard to deal with and would make me less likely to come and visit the stadium again because it was such a pain in the neck.
not a good app. broadcast does skip and never consistent. sometimes radio button is not even visible. today it would never connect. just because we're browns fans doesn't mean you have to treat us that way.
The app frequently crashes, freezes, or times out, and is unable to display ticket barcodes. Unacceptable! Lets hope the 9/6/19 upgrade solves these problems.
Could not check in because someone thought it would be smart to push an app update out on game day. Download is still "pending" so I could not use the app. After over 30 minutes, I finally had to sign in on a phone provided by a Ticketmaster employee. This kind of "service" is why I'm seriously considering dropping my season tickets.
In 47 years of season tickets, this app for admission to games is the worst thing you have tried. It gets worse every game and after this latest "update" it is more dysfunctional than the team itself.
Always crashes and can not sign in. When I did sign in I couldn't get the app to stop playing the podcast and radio. Always get an unexpected error. Total let down
I love the Browns and I love this app! Loaded with lots of pertinent information. User friendly and easy to navigate. I wish streaming the games was better. Not living in Cleveland, I can't watch them as much as I would like. The app either prohibits me from streaming or it drops midway through pregame.
