App is as bad as the team. I set notifications to only show me game start and score updates at the end of the quarters and the end of the game. But it still continues to show me notifications I requested not be sent. Even with all notifications completely turned off, I still receive spam notifications, even though I requested no notifications at all. Deleted app. It's bad enough the team stinks, I'm going to quit following them this year. Get with it you nitwits, you can't even do an app right.
Listening to games never works it plays for like 10 seconds and stops every time. Trying to watch a video on the app doesnt work either it gives you an error. I dont want to delete the app to watch one video and then give me the error again.
Great, but I get an XML error severity 2 every time I try to watch a video on this. Dunno what's wrong, but it affected my S7 and now my Pixel. Thought it was the old phone, but no.
Love the UI and ability to hear the radio broadcast from the app.
Need a way to refresh. The game stat at the home page of the app stays the same when you first open the app. The only way so far to refresh it is to close the app and reopening it.
West Link communications is all I can see. The app no longer works. No other function works. It only takes me to the West Link Communications website.
Received a call I won tickets! NO TICKETS IN APP under my ticket as email started. 4 hours before game time doesn't leave me much time either
Every time try down load it keeps saying erorr can u fix it this getting I can't even download when do it still won't let me because of errorr
This app is great. The new update fixed a lot of the problems I have had in the past. Go Cavs!!!

Good information if your fan of the Cavs. Nice videos of important moments in the games. Good videos of post game interviews of players.
