The app has some issues... 1) It automatically turned off the Developer Option on my phone. 2) I Couldn't transfer files from my phone to my computer after I downloaded. (Because of 1) 3) Some files and apps got corrupted on the phone. 4) Phone kept Auto-restarting almost once every hour (Had to hard reset my phone) I don't think the app is compatible with Huawei Phones... Or at least mine... Kindly fix these problems
Simple , Easy and Reliable to reserve an appointment. But the access of the App it self needs little improvement because it needs an login from a while to another, didn't recognize the biometric access at my last login ; so reset password is the best solution.
Very convenient and quick to find, follow up and book appointments
Setting password is a nightmare. Although small info "i" icon next to password setting clearly says that I'm meeting all password criterias using upper, lower case, number and special character I haven't been able to complete registration as app still mentions on the registration to enter a valid password. This is how technology fails you.
Not a good app. Buggy, keeps glitching. After registering, I still cannot sign in and after doing so the home page disappeared! This app needs work to be efficient. Test results haven't been uploaded as promised by staff in thrle Emergency Department. Please fix! Otherwise it is useless.
The app is not working .. yeayerday I tried to open, because of my appointment but it closed immediately after it opened. I am using Samsung S9 with latest OS10 and UI2.0, reinstalled app twice, same problem. Installed on another Samsung smartphone, the same issue. However when installed on Huawei P20 pro, it worked fine with the new update of e-checkin and remote appointment with dr It's frustrating, please fix it!
Difficulty entering the application every time you must enter the password, the username. And when you ask the service to forget the number or name, the application does not respond quickly. The application should be easy and uncomplicated. And the hospital should take care of that. I felt uncomfortable using the application and that the hospital did not care.
Registration itself not working, not able to select check box to proceed. This is happening on Android platform. And saying that look like technical team doesn't get renumeration which in they should, and due to that they are deploying buggy application. Pay well... 😉

Stupid! Everytime I want to use this app I'm forced to update it. So I end up not using it anymore. Who is in charge of the update system at Cleveland? Tell them to stop forceful update every month. 6 months pass ... Again update while trying to access the app. Things never change.
Easy access and very fast loading of info
Offers some utility. Cancelling appointments works both ways! How many sick people do u know cancel their appointments. I had an appointmt cancelled 1/2hr before the time. Drs. never respond to any messages. U can't copy or forward test results from app if u need 2nd opinion... u have to physically go ur self where only b&w printout are given, no email! Only images given on DVD. Try to get a receipt from the Equip dept for an insurance claim! Higher chance of being hit by bus in the desert.
Works, but not understanding structure from the firs look. Setting up takes time... be prepared if does not recognise your password later... just reset it... application must sign automatically when you starting app, but not working for me. Samsung galaxy note20

Very difficulty to register 😴 and the support function (Chat) not so user friendly to understand basic issues, it programmed only for few issues.
Having this app makes a difference when consulting with Cleveland clinic. But when my login got locked for entering wrong password thrice, it was a nightmare to get it working again.
Booked an appointment for the covid vaccine 3 weeks ago. Today when I went to ccad, I was told that the developers have not updated the and therefore I cannot get the vaccine. Very disappointing experience from a premium hospital. 👎
The app takes too long time to load its content and most of time goes in infinite loop and only showing the loading indicator.
Horrible app! I booked for an appointment for booster, it was confirmed in the app but I had to queue for hours because it says it not really in the record!!!! Boo!
