screen on android version is all black and jumbled in text area for over a week on most stories. This is not case on iPad version though. MUST BE CORRECTED. CURRENTLY UNUSABLE. Need a feedback on process other than this
I previously loved the app, now every article is blackened and unreadable. Uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. Removed from phone until confirmation it is fixed.

Used to be a great app. Then they started the subscriber only content. Today, that's all that is there. Too greedy.

Latest update a great stride forward. Only one improvement needed. The roster needs to be able to be indexed on the individual columns (by number or last name or position) by selecting the column headings.
This is my favorite app! I can get all my Brown's news! I live in Germany. But originally from Youngstown.

They keep putting push notifications on with no way to turn them off. This is at least the 5th time they have done it with an update.
This recent update was not an improvement. It's slow & some items aren't visible. Video & audio files don't play anymore. Fix it!

as soon as you open the app, it says "oops, something went wrong". way to go plain dealer for developing and distributing an app that doesnt work
Fix plz!....like ASAP! Would also be nice to have an update letting us know you actually realize there's a problem and when it might be fixed...season starts in two weeks!

App is just like the team. Completely useless.
Almost every day, on one or more articles the formatting is messed up and the article is truncated. It's been this way since I first installed the app over a year ago. Not hard at all to find an article like this. Poor quality control, makes the apo unusable for me. If you want to see all the articles in their entirety go to the website and forget this app.
