Easy to use and has an excellent word database. Could be improved for use with some types of puzzles if 1. It was possible to indicate that certain unknown letters must be identical, and 2. "Must not contain" letters did not count any that were already given.
I have used this app for many years. It is indispensible when tackling all forms of crossword puzzles and works flawlessly. Feature request - would it be possible to add WordWeb to the list of linked dictionary apps?
Very good app, lots of ancillary functions. Use this everyday when stuck on crossword clues. During lockdown it has been ideal for anagram quizzes I've set for friends and family. Feature Request. Would it be possible in that last instance to make small anagrams from the remaining letters in brackets by say putting 2 hyphens in the word being worked on? Bought the Pro version BTW.
Helps with all sorts of work puzzles, including anagrams, words where some letters are known, cryptic clues and even Wordle
1st class app helps with crosswords, codecrackers, scrabble the list goes on. Just one niggle you can press ( space ) OR a ( . ) for a ( ? ) for unknown letters, if you could use the ( . ) to represent the ( + ) for blank letters as when playing Scrabble to save changing the keyboard it would be great and worthy of 10 stars. Awesome App
By far the best crossword / anagram app I've seen or used. It keeps getting better with every update. I was happy to pay for the Pro version even though the ads weren't disruptive in the free version. :)
One of the best solvers I've seen. A very full word list. The only slight snag is an intermittent habit of displaying result for only 5 seconds before reverting to help screen.

Fantastic app to help with the crossword. I'm a pretty average cryptic crossword solver so this app helps me get closer to completing it! I love the advanced searches in the pro version. Regexp FTW!
Easy to use. Would be great if you could add personal dictionary or words not in the supplied lists. Or even feed them back via the app.

Bought this to replace a previous solver. This one has more features and the only niggle is, as a previous reviewer said, using the full stop for missing letters. very good value.
I use this all the time to help with crosswords when I'm a bit stuck. Great for finding words when you have some of the letters but just can't think of the word.
Terrible app. Could not use my microphone and when typing a clue, using space bar between words enters a question mark. Then has no answer to the clue. I just want a simple to use app with no ads. This isn't it.
Although have paid for this app, there are others easier to use, and more helpful, as crossword solvers. I also bought the add on dictionary, that again is useless. Sorry!
Explored the features in the Pro version for 2 minutes and that was long enough to see that it's absolutely brilliant, so it's 5 stars from me.
My favourite app! It does what you expect it to and more. The best word finder I've come across - so good I paid for it!

A long-time user of the free version, I recently upgraded to say thank you (not because I found the adverts intrusive). A few times, especially when exploring Wordle, I used the RegEx feature which is fantastic if you're familiar with this.
