Rolling queue of books I'll NEVER read (they could check my history),I have to input my preferences every time I search, when you finally find what you think you were searching for, the book requires a "hold" that you can't see until you select the item. Quit improving what was good to start with! HUGE FAIL!!!

Too limited in scope. There is an easy link to browse through paper books, but the e-book and audiobook page has no ability to browse for latest titles, etc. There is only a basic search function for finding a specific book. If you only read e-books, you better know exactly what you want.

I don't like this app at all. The BookMyne was a much better app. I hate that you cannot make selections before you search (CD, DVD, book) for something. They need to go back to the other one, it was much better.

Need better way to identify large print books from regular books. I put holds on a book only to find that it's a large print book on arrival. This means the people who need large print books have to wait longer.

Had a minor road block. Online access declined due to lack of updated information. Once info was updated I was good to go. Delivery to local library within 3 days, totally awesome!

The real deal breaker for this app is that it does not show or allow you to access "My Lists". I use those to plan future books to read.

It isn't like the old one who had a great homepage. Doesn't have a good search section like the old one

Users should be able to limit searches to their primary and secondary libraries. Not all over the place

Updating my review - this app has done nothing but spin for the last 3 days - it's not me or my phone, it's the app. *sigh*

Does not work at all with Android 11

I'm happy now that mentor library & painesville are on my key card before I had to have a different one.

Love the connections and access to unlimited material.

Works just fine. Went in. Borrowed a book. Picked up.

Now there is no search feature on the app. Always something. WHERE IS SEARCH????

Where is the Fu----- search

This is related to movie searches. I hate the fact that two things I liked about the old app are missing in this one. Namely synopsis of the movie/title, and the fact that very few images of titles are showing up and show "image unavailable" instead. Now that the other app is no longer working, I don't know how I'll do my searches. There is one other thing that I don't like. I generally use a PC for my searching, and this app isn't available for it!! Please improve this app or bring back the old one!! I'm quite dissatisfied with this app.

After using it for a while, I have changed my review to 'poor' because it has not improved since we started using it. Complaints: - unable to sort or filter the 'holds' or 'checked out' pages. - difficult to browse and filter results. There is one thing I LOVE, which is the digital library card, which I use all the time.

Constantly crashes or just stuck perpetually loading. If the app will load then you're not signed in OR you are signed in but it won't show your account information like holds or checkouts. Does not alert in any way when your items are overdue, unless you go into "check outs" and check yourself what the due dates are. Will not allow you to connect accounts, whether you try to add them manually or via card scan. Honestly, Bookmyne was way better and it's irritating we had to switch to such an inferior app.

I hate this app with a passion. It didn't work when they had it a couple of years ago and it doesn't work now. I hate that I was forced to use this app instead of the Book Myne app (which I loved because HELLO IT ACTUALLY WORKED). Basically this app constantly crashes and I hate it. Please switch back to the Book Myne app so I can actually start using my library app again.

Does not provide alerts to overdue material. Does not list date holds will be available until. Does not clearly list whether dvd selected is regular or Blu-ray.

I much prefer going to the website over this app. Nothing I'm interested in seeing shows up. It's very frustrating. None of the menu items work.

One of the most useless apps I've ever tried. Crashes regularly & has little if any redeeming factors. Much easier to go online. This app just gets worse with each update . .

I really don't like this app and i don't understand the positive reviews. Why is it so hard to figure out how to put something on hold?? I miss the ease of the BookMyne app. Our library should not have forced users to go to this inferior app until the functionaliy was developed to the level of the app they were forcing us to give up.

I don't understand why there aren't more ways to refine the search. For instance, I only read large print books. There is no way to refine a search for this, so I never know if I'm getting one or not. Half of the books I take out I take back without reading because they're not large print.

It's back working very well now, perhaps was just a glitch but functioning good now makes managing, and placing holds on items easy and very convenient to use

Bring back the old app!!!
