So, you get in touch with a C.P.A they charged like 50 or 60 I think and you just sens pictures or scans of your w2s and that's about it. You stay in contact with them, they prepare and file your taxes for you. You get your refund what felt like a month or two later but I was busy at the time I don't recall. Anyway, they are professional c.p.a's who handles it all for me my first time filing. The review should be glowing but their wasn't much to it. Great service. I plan to use this again.
The app allows you to login. Then when you take pictures of anything it just crashes and restarts itself. This was useless and a waste of time. on an LG Stylo 4

My name is Jesy Chery and I seriously doubt this service. I filed last year and got auditted .fine, it happens to the best of us..but this year i filed again and yet to receive any more from IRS. Filed since jan 29.Yet still nothing. Being a good customer i even spread the word of what good service this company has only to be embarrassed when my brother sent his info and was told he would owe money and get less then 200 dollars. After going to another tax company hes getting 1700!!.

This company way over their heads. Ridiculous service run while you can. Idk where the hell these people got to be like this.. they more worried about reviews then your actual return!

I never give 5 stars simply because nobody can ever be perfect, always room to make things better in time. Ben was very professional, very pleasant and very easy to communicate with. If there are any issues or problems, he is very knowledgeable and very quick to fix them. His rates are some of the lowest I have seen and the most reasonable. He also has very knowledgeable and honest co workers if he is unavailable at that moment. Over all, very satisfied with his work and his honesty. You don't find people with this level of integrity very often. Ben will continue to recieve my business and I will definately be referring him to my friends and co workers. I was on the verge of completing my turbo tax and figured...let me shop around (price wise and ease of use) and I stopped here with this app. I was apprehensive in sending sensitive photos through an app but I took the leap of faith. Sent all of my forms and paperwork and Benjamin sorted it all out and would promptly update me of the next step. He was spot on, professional, and very courteous. Price for my personal return was very fair....i will be doing this annually. Thank you Benjamin
I don't write reviews on anything in the app store here. For this service I am making an exception. I have never filed my taxes easier or quicker than with this app, no bull****! Benjamin makes it so easy with this app. Very happy and impressed with his services. I won't ever do my taxes another way again. Thank you again for making it so easy Ben!
This was an amazing experience. Everytime I had a question the email would get answered almost right away. I would recommend this app to anybody that needs help and doesn't want to do taxes themself. They really try to go above and beyond to try and help you out the best they can.
EDIT: GOT MY TAXES BACK IN 11 DAYS! This was so painless and easy it should be illegal. I will be utilizing this app from now on. Literally got my documents back an hour after sending. He must be hella bored lol but I totally appreciate it. The fee is nothing compared to the comfort! I didn't even have to leave my house or put on a bra.

I was filing with turbo tax and kept getting rejected, so I started searching for a better place in the play store and bam here it was Tax Pro Click. I'm waiting for my refund now. I'll be back with updates.

Your taxes are literally done within minutes, and the CPA, Ben, contacts you and keeps you informed on the status of your return. For me, this truly is the best app for filing and I highly recommend it!
