'What is this app used for?' The answer is often misunderstood: you can open a chat on the official WhatsApp app (or Business) with another user if you know their number. This app replaces the method of saving the number into contacts. This will NOT allow you to 'spy other conversations', 'contact with numbers without WhatsApp', 'hide your number' or other crazy things. This is the same as clicking an unknown number on a group, creating manually the url link or saving the contact.
'Why should I use this instead of others?' You are free to choose of course! This app only has the 'open in WhatsApp' feature and improvements, but for this reason the app is extremely simple and so I made it without ads, as small a possible, and free; just to help others use this feature that WhatsApp have (note that I'm not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc). Since I published it the popularity increased as unexpected (thanks!) and other apps with the same functionality (some even blatant copies without my permission) have populated the store. You can use whichever you prefer, but this one is (last time I checked at least) the smallest of all, the only one add-free, and the only one without 'dangerous' permissions (not internet, not storage, nothing. Check it! ).

This app uses WhatsApp 'click to chat' feature (https://faq.whatsapp.com/en/android/26000030/) to open a chat with any number (a chat between you and that number).
No contact is created on the device, you don't need to save it on your contacts list. Just open the app, enter the number, click the button and the chat will open (if the number doesn't exists WhatsApp will notify it).
Useful on situations like:
- Someone called you and you want to contact it via WhatsApp?
- You need to send a message to someone but you don't want to save it?
- You want to start a chat with yourself?
Prefix:
You need to specify the prefix of the number, even if from your own country (will be kept when reopening the app). You can enter it manually or tap the + button to choose from a list.
Create links:
You can create an url link that will open WhatsApp on the specified number. This is a WhatsApp feature, you don't need this app to open the link, only to create it.
You can also add a message that will be autocompleted (will NOT, I repeat, will NOT be sent, the user must press the send button manually).
If you specify a message but not a number WhatsApp will ask who to send it to (again, will NOT be sent, only autocompleted).
You can save the link as a quick shortcut, share it so people can contact you (the number is visible on the link, be careful), set a predefined message on a site to 'share it on WhatsApp', etc. Remember, you don't need this app to open the link, it is handled by WhatsApp.
Hidden shortcut: long tap the 'share' button to quickly copy the link to the clipboard.
Recents list:
When a number is opened it is saved on a recents list, in case you want to open a number again and you don't remember the number. You can also pin numbers and name them, or even create shortcuts.

Nice but need more features ,like when we select numbers pop up shows in Samsung call,copy etc..there it show whatsapp as well ..every time need to copy and paste numbers in app.
A life saver app for me. Utmost utilitarian and handy at most times. Saves me from the mess of having to save thousands of random stranger numbers. Love this app.

I have two numbers. By default it opens my secondary number and i want this app to open my first number. Please help!!!!

I very much like the app. Simple and light. If anyone has a bad review for this app, probably his requirement is different from what the app is meant for. A small sugestion to make it even better. When I tap to enter a phone no. - I wish the numeric keypad with bigger buttons pops up rather than the conventional.. If that is done - 5 stars.. Promised by the developer to make the change. ๐๐
It does not support dual whatsapp feature. You can message only on the default whatsapp

Excellent app. No ads, no gimmick, no nothing. Simply does the job without any issues
Please do not use this kind of apps, you could be banned from whatsapp if you send messages through this kind of apps without saving number. So avoid using this kind of apps either api link. Do not chat with multiple numbers which are not saved in your contacts.

Such a useful app. Many thanks to the developer for creating an ad free app with such great utility. Not just mine, it's the first thing that i installed on my mom's new phone since she has so many people to contact but it's a big hassle to create so many new contacts just for a small cursory chat. It fulfills the demand of 'I don't want so and so person to see my profile picture' too! ๐
Amazing!! I love it working. Just 1 suggession, please add a one click delete button for faster enrty. I cant reply directly so posting in my original review. My copy doesn't "has"(mistake corrected) the back button. I delete manually by my keyboard, which creates a fuss. I can share a screenshot if you share a contact.
Very useful. Does what it says. I remember that there was an app named 'Qcktag' (no longer supported) which helped storing temporary numbers and helped in making calls, sending messages. It would be nice if developer could have a look at it and incorporate some ideas from it.
Awesome app, minimal design and no ads. Does what it says. One small feature request : there should be an option to hide that help text in the main screen, after first or few use it becomes useless for the user. It will also lead to minimal and clean ui.

I often deal with new customers & every time i want to ping them, i needed to save numbers first(WHYYYYY??) then i came across this app, using Free API to call msg inbox.. it is just heaven.. ๐ What you can is just modify this UI a little bit. for UX add it in android menu "call using" ..
Really nice, small and useful app. Unfortunately, it does not seem to support Dual Whatsapp that is supported by most modern dual SIM phones. I wish there was a way to switch between the 2 WhatsApp on the phone

Mebbe if you incorporate the dial pad with the msging pop up, one would not experiance a lag while the app opens up on the screen.... Other than that, its a wonderful app, minimalistic and doesnwhatbit says, with minimum drama. I like it since I have been using it fir work for the last 2 months....
