Wish I could give zero stars. Constant error messages. Driving pattern now is all over the map. At times long lags between the app and cloud update. What's with it always asking you to refresh ALL THE TIME. The contacts in the message portion seems like it's not in any particular order. It's not in alphabetical order by first or last, not in order by employee number. You have to scroll all over the place looking for the person you need to message.
Too to be very honest this app is a nightmare for me . I still wonder why this app think I need to drive 43 minutes and then return back to same area to do my other call's. It happens each day and dispatch is not able to help too. Some time it don't allow tech to close their work order. It keep on crashing. I am just extremely unhappy...... hope they will improve..
Probably the WORST app I have ever been forced to use in my life. I understand how companies want to micromanage their workforce like they were little machines, but I spend more time fighting with this app then I I do working. Its Slow, Crashes, is not intuitive at all, and can't do even basic functions well. If I could Give negative stars, I would.
Heavy battery usage. Have to restart it often for it to operate, sometimes have to log in repeatedly before it works. Sometimes you have to fully re install before it does what it should. seems to ignore app permissions, and volume settings on device. will blast at fulp volume when you have the device set to silent.
Awful app. Hangs frequently. Continually asks for dictionaries to be synchronised. to change the status of a task, which should take seconds, takes 10 to 15 minutes and typically requires the app to be restarted. one of the worst applications I have ever used.
Absolutely annoying how I cant stop it from chiming when I have all of the notifications set to off or blocked, we have a secondary paging system we use and I hat how this will full volume blast you in the ears while on a phone call, I have set all audio to silent and while on a call it will put media to full blast and hit you in the ear with a notification sound please fix this, also bring out a dark mode I work at night
Works well. App crashes EVERYTIME connecting/disconnecting from Android auto. Would be nice if this was fixed as GPS with Android auto is essential during my day and completing my route. I have a fresh install of Android and Click on my phone to ensure that software wasn't the issue.
This click comes with some nice looks and features. But none of them works at all. This app is a nightmare for most techs up till now App crashes multiple times a day. Full waste of time
WHY ISN'T THERE AN OPTION TO TURN OFF THE ASSIGNMENT UPDATE AND NEW AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT DELETED VOICE!!!!!!! FIX THIS!!! MAKES ME WANT TO TOSS MY PHONE OUT THE WINDOW
The App is full of bugs. Non working links it crashes, has a bad work flow, The mobile phone app is pretty much useless.some drasticly untealistic drive times between calls, the people giving it a 5 are suits.
There's a bug on apps, stock on screen, popup itself while you are using other apps. Cant minimize ,cant go back to homE screen when stock clicksoft apps on screen, sometimes it zoom in itself.
Having to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix issues is very inconvenient. I am constantly fighting to get this app to work well and my other coworkers experience the same thing.
This app along with the computer app are horrible they are slow as can be, dont work together with the third party contractors which is like 80% of rogers technicians, is horribly laid out and is very rushed to release. This is a very poor representation of what rogers is capable of I don't recommend the use of this app to anyone waste of time and effort wish I could rate 0 stars the only people rating this 5 stars are most likely bots or people who are being paid to do so
Click mobile will increase your depression levels while you slowly click... And wait for somthing hopefully useful to happen while needing to work. While you wait... You can think about finding a new job as you find out that you need to delete cookies and app data for the 7th time today. All in all. Make sure you have good internet. Or else this app is just going to get even slower....
Literally still in its infancy. I have to use this for work and just to make it work I have to close out the app multiple times. This app has so many bugs that need fixing. Back to edit this and am now giving it 1 star!
This app is the worst thing to happen to my company. Took a job I loved & made good money & turned into a job I loathe & make way less than I did before it. So called scheduling is a nightmare, illogical at best, wastes your time, route time incorrectly calculated, stacks appointments, over & under loads you. The latest sack of feces to be dumped on us is constantly having to uninstall and reinstall because most of the work for the day doesnt show up. Corporate sabatoge. Moral low anxiety high
To be honest its great when it works but i need to uninstall and reinstall everyday to get it to work and even then it doesn't always connect to servers so its a bit frustrating
Horrible, error messages start the day after It's installed, won't sign out, travel time between assignments wrong, where do I stop. The person that green lighted this for our company and the person in charge of roll out and beta testing should both be fired. This app is a joke, stay away.
This app just doesn't get any better at all! Waits an hour every morning to the order show up! Worst decision to who ever agreed to use this app for work! Waste time!! I would give no STAR if its allow!
Horrible, times are always wrong. This is a terrible app. 0 stat if I could. This app has took a job I loved and made me start looking elsewhere. When will the company get it together an make a better app. Just look at your reviews and you can clearly tell your app is trash and only downloaded by so many because it was a stupid company decision to use.
Horrible scheduling system. Have to constantly reinstall the program just so scheduled appointments/inspections will show up. Program constantly freezes.
Terribly buggy. Monthly reinstalls, weekly to daily delays. Triple booking calls. Deleting notes. The list goes on.
Most appalling piece of call management software I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. It will ignore a job 150 meters from where I'm working and send me 20km away just to send me back later in the day, infact making me travel the 20km 4 times in the day. Today it sent 3 guys 12km all to the same place when 1 could have done all the jobs, but it has left a job so someone has to return tomorrow. Not fit for purpose
