Nor the website, neither the app doesn't have payment option. Can't pay my bill with Revolut card
I wish there is less than one star, because you don't even deserve it. it's really a terrible app and terrible support, even on messenger (which they promote to it a lot here), they are unbelievably slow answering the questions, the app is useless without English translation, so it's better to not install it if you are not a Portuguese speaker. I highly do not recommend NOS if you are a tourist or new expat, and I will definitely move to Vodafone or any other service provider very soon!
Worst application ever...need to improve more.. We're immigrants and most of the people who use the services of nos is outsider.. please think of them and give more Language options.
At nearly 200mb, this app is extremely slow and basically almost useless. Won't detect any pdf reader/editor, so no access to the bill download. NOS paid amateur designers to make this stone age app. Where's all the relevant information to be able to pay the bill? Very basic 3 functions that take forever to load.

Service great the app is uterly useless, try to do a payment in it, not there only if you want to use direct debit. Since this would be the prefered service for visitors making it easy to make payments would be great. Great speed and great service throughout, payment options sub standard.
Just install the app and is crashing. I think is pretty obvious why I cannot rate more. I'm using android 9. The screen turns black and then white and after that it stopes
You must have to put one video on YouTube ,how to recharge online NOS kangur internet 4g for one month, difficult to understand Portuguese language
Not user friendly at all, not recommended like Nos itself. The only reason I still have NOS is due to the 2 years permanece that I sign for. It's really exhausting to see that the internet fluctuate and gets stuck constantly when I'm paying for 200mb. Not recommended.
This app is so bad I can't even describe. Edit: why bother replying to poor reviews instead of just fixing the issue?
New app version does not show Internet traffic status. I've: - remaining minutes to other networks - remaining SMS to other networks - remaining minutes to NOS and land networks - remaining SMS to NOS and land networks - need more internet, minutes or sms > add package Note: I've a corporate plan. The first picture here on play store shows Internet traffic remaining value in Home screen. My home screen shows remaining minutes to other networks
It doesn't even let you stay signed in and you will always be requested to register which is not what you want when you are only trying to quickly check your mobile plan status
No translation,impossible to log in with another number,i want to register new number and can not use my mail anymore,can not delete old account,with application process must get easy generally but i dont see any plus of using your application.

Can't create a ticket reporting issues, the app send you to the website and the website to the app. No information about all my services
Doesn't even open sometimes. And when it opens it's lagging and slow.

English version? How many foreigners are there in Portugal? A lot I guess. Is it not possible to have an English version?
Got situations. While i install package of internet they told me telephone is free but now i got bill double then expected. I wont pay a cent more than normal.
Good but now I have two services and I want to cancel one of them I was send two times document for cancel but don't cancle my service even he send me the bill from two months and ask to pay I don't know what to do.?

Seems to be working fine. Great design and functionalities.
Hopeless app. It goes round and round in circles, endless authentication messages and when (if) you get in it's really user hostile. NOS, you can do better than this
