Climote Remote Heating Control

I would prefer to have multiple options to setting up the switching on and off time zones not just three. It will be a good idea to setup separately the temperature in each zones. So I really thinking about to change back my old manual controller because with this software I cannot save on fuel.

Very poor and synching with the control unit in my house. Often shows the incorrect status or spend forever trying to get the status. Almost any time you apply boost and it doesn't show that the zone has been activated when in fact it has. Pretty useless really as it has a very simple job to do and it's a fairly straightforward app to develop.

Absolutely shocking that the app is only free to use for one year. They start charging an annual free from the second year without even providing any new service! It makes no sense to pay a fee for a temperature control system after already spending money buying the system. Go with Nest! Don't consider Climote. Complete sham.

Late 2021 update. the app is a disaster. of it doesn't improve we will change to Nest device. Late 2018 update. Emailed the developer and it was sorted with in a few hours. Magical! 2018 update The app now won't open on my S8+ Uninstalled, reinstalled..... So disappointed I'm reading a lot of bad reviews about this system, and whilst it's not 100% I'm more than happy at 99%. Would recommend!

App needs an update. A few times a week I log in and my set temperature has jumped up to 28 degrees after being logged out which does not correspond to the temp I have set on the device itself. Also there needs to be an option built in to turn on heating if the thermostat drops to a pre set temp by the user. Example is if you want heating to kick in if the room drops to 18 degrees and turn off again like it normally does at the set temp of say 21 degrees.

Need to improve the timer function.Very hard to set to exact time and impossible to check the current on/off timing settings as when you touch the start/end time it updates the time to where your finger is at on the screen.Consider making a toggle between analogue and digital perhaps?Also failing this,a text box of some description of the set timers time could suffice as is just impossible to see from the analogue clock.Also,the History one-time function just dosent work. Overal a disapointment

Please make the clocks bigger! It's difficult to time the heating on such a small clock. I'd also like the ability to set boost time periods with a scroll tool rather than set choices.

Very limited. Will only allow 3 times a day when it can switch on. Now that it's freezing outside I went to set heating to cone on for an hour over night and it can't handle it. A very basic flaw.

Needs to modernise, can we move away from these analog style dials and switch to a more modern digital display. It's to hard to adjust the timers for scheduled short bursts. Also when will it support the Google assistant.

Would like to see Climote work with Home assistants such as Google Home / Alexa etc like Nest and Hive do... Also a function to keep the temperature regulated as opposed to just timed would be a great offering. Regards the app though, works for me 99% of the time and does what it claims to do, so I'm happy enough with that.

If only zero stars were possible. This app/entire product is such a massive disappointment. They literally took the existing analogue controls and digitised them.....badly. No additional options, just 20th century technology, in app form, without the reliability

The day the engineer came the app worked. Since that day it opened but never successfully set the heat (even though it suggested it did). Now the app won't even open. Re install has resulted in same. Very poor. Going to look into alternatives

Guys can you make the timer bigger on the screen maybe center it .Its a big screen but you have the timer set to the top left of the screen. Make it bigger much easier to see . Its the simple things that matter

I love product... The idea of boosting my heating from my phone is just brilliant... I am not a tech person so was weary... I read comments about the app being dated. I guess it might be but it's so easy to use! Which suits me! I'm going to order one for my mom as soon as this lockdown is over.

If you like getting a message "your boost is delayed in the network, please check later" use this app. Generally less hassle to walk over to the controls and manually apply the boost. update -- much better on new phone, adding two stars.

App completely out of sync with control. App shows heating and hot water switched on for several hours when infact these are not on. tried restart reinstalling no fix...useless.!!!

Will you ever update this app. It's so outdated, the wheel format to try and set automated times is such a poor design.

its ok. speed is my main issue with it. wifi would probably be quicker. most homes have it. integration with smart home would also be a plus. +2 star due to alexa support and seems a tad faster

I can only set timer in one zone. The app is saving my settings for the bedroom and the living area but only bedroom is being executed for some reason. The downstairs settings never kick in.

Hasn't worked properly since installed. Often can't coilunicate with me phone or even respond through the control panel. The time is set but nothing happens from the boiler.

.they do not tell you when you sign up that there is an annual fee so when I got an email I was unsure if it was a phisung email looking for payment ur bank details so I went onto climite site to contact but the message something went wrong presents once you hit submit. Still unsure if email is phisung scam as climite are in contactable.

Useless. Can only set max 3 scheduled timers per zone per day. This does not work with a house that only has 1 zone.

Unreliable connectivity is the main problem with this app. I now use the browser app or SMS instead. I've not had this app working for over a year.

App not the best. Very basic and could use more functionality . looks like I have to play with the tiniest cells to set the times I want

This app is useless, it freezes and crashes when attempting to use it. I have uninstalled it and am now re-installing to see if it will work.

Missing one key feature! You should be able to set the thermostat temp with each time setting. I don't need 21c first thing in the morning when 19 or 20 would be fine. Can this be done?

Great when it decides to work 50% of the time. Also trying to set the time is impossible the buttons are tiny really bad app

The app does the job for me but lacks Google Home support, which would have been handy with the Google Home environment in my place. Can't understand why in 2020, they are still lacking this?

Shocking app , tried to sign up through the app, kept saying name cannot be empty even though it wasn't, nonsense. Dont waste your time . Uninstalling now.
