Clinical Medicine 100 Cases

Not only has this up thought me several medical diagnoses, it has given me a totally new approach to history taking and writing up the cases. The tedious school-time method of history taking and physical exam now looks unnecessary saving time and improving the turnover that is critical considering the unimaginable doctor-patient ratios in our community.

Doing the very best... keep going! I wish cases were given in text format (they are coarse pictures at present) Medical Joyworks has nicely visible and easier formats in its other products that are truly joyful to use. Hope you use the textual format here as well.

Its a good initiative but as a 1st year medical student...it is not fully potential help because we need much of the clinical cases
