Clinical Scales for Android

Scales are great to have, but constant removal of software error messages required and very annoying. Please fix.
AVOID. App was abandoned in 2012 by the creator. No longer allows logins, which are required to access most of the content.
I loved it the first time I used it, but for some reason now I only get a white screen.
Completely unusable sadly. White screen. Unresponsive. Crashes. Poor
App is not at all functional on my Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Cannot even register it, as the app says my email is invalid. Tried to contact the publisher twice and have heard nothing.
5 or 6 pop up boxes that appear at start up for which I have to keep hitting OK/cancel. The pop up box titles are things like get token, get port, etc. Doesn't affect app functionality, but really inconvenient.
Used to be very helpful. Now completely useless on my Nexus 6P. Uninstalled.
Requires registration with publication in order to use. Terms and conditions suggest this info will be used for marketing purposes and the user agreement is very long and scary looking! Uninstalled because of this.

Why do I need to register to take a simple test?
The selection of scales can be useful, especially for things like depression where a scale is useful for outcome assessment. There's a strange bug where the app briefly flashes an error message and will not return to the home screen while in many assessments.
