This is a fantastic app! Very immersive experience and the cases make for great discussion. Helps develop clinical decision making in a no-stakes environment. This is the best virtual medicine app I've ever seen. It will only improve as more cases are added. Would absolutely reccomend. My only suggestion would be that they organize the cases by specialty and add them on more regular intervals. To the developers--thank you so much for a top notch application!
It's good for study medicine. Although the new app has a new look.. story view is not much as easy to look as in the older version. I think story should be horizontally at the bottom of the display. It is much easier to read in that way. Despite having this little problem it is the best app i ever tried.
Hello Clinical sense team, I am Dental Student and am loving the app very much. The presentation of clinical cases, with the drawings in the background are just right for bringing that feeling when you are dealing with real world scenarios. I just have one suggestion though, as you might have guessed it , it would be really good if you could add some scenarios from dentistry as well . This would help us dental students a lot in learning well. Kudos!!
This is a very good app because it helps sharpen the mind especially for those like me who are in the medical field. I am a graduate of Medical Technology and reviewing for the board exam. It’s very helpful and super realistic. When there is a chance that I am just lying in my bed, time still becomes productive because just one click of the app you are already learning something. It's also been years since I found this app. And, thank God, it helped me a lot
I recently downloaded this app after enjoying my time with Prognosis. I enjoy this one as well! The scenarios are well-written and there is a lot to be learned from each case. I only wish there was a way to monetarily support this group, as both apps are great content for free.
This app is great! The only thing that makes it quite annoying is that it won't let me use it in normal holding a phone mode, it has to be in horizontal mode. Could you change the settings to allow both vertical and horizontal uses of the app? Thanks!
My favorite app so far. I recommend this to all med students out there who's seeking knowledge about medicine. However, it doesn't have the surgery process feature. And I hope, the administrators will add some type of surgery procedure too and the user will be the one to operate the patient with the help of a little guidance. All in all, this is the best app. Best graphics, best stories, and best teacher!
This is the case-based casual clinical experience I was looking for. It feels like playing a game, but delivers on the in depth medical explanations. Thus far, I haven't found any errors in content. The cases are also short, which is helpful on a busy inpatient medicine block.
I wish I could give 100 stars! This app has helped me immensely thru my med school journey. Funny how the cases seem to appear with almost psychic accuracy; I swear I've reviewed on this app what ended up appearing in my exams more than 3x. The app is so refreshing. The decision making processes are really realistic. Both common & uncommon conditions are beautifully & logically presented - just like in real life. My only qualms is the deletion of old cases, but that's completely understandable
I am 13 years old and a aspiring cardiothoracic surgeon and I would like to be ahead of the curve and when I downloaded this app I thought that I would get some of the education needed however, when I tried to download a patient file it only loaded and continued loading for longer than I would like... And based off the other reviews it seems as though that your app needs some serious improvements because it has not benefitted to the greatest potential than it should be. Period.

I love the information the scenarios provide. I also like how different they all are. As a suggestion though, maybe add more scenarios dealing with children or some psych scenarios. Other than that it's a great app.
Very difficult to learn from this app without grading and review. If you want to go back the next day and review what you got wrong, you have to replay the whole scenario, and you can't be sure what you got wrong the first time. And useless grading: one scenario answered 1/5 correctly, got 2/3 stars; following scenario, I answered 4/5 correctly and received 2/3 stars again. So even if I could review cases, I wouldn't know which ones were worth my time to review! Lots of room to improve sadly.
This app is brilliant. I really wish you'd continue to add new scenarios every week like you're doing lately. The way all the scenarios play is fantastic and really helps to retain information better.
I really like this game but I'd love it more if you gave more information and opened it up for non medical persons like myself. I am learning a lot playing the game but I'd like to be able to make decisions without looking things up. Maybe give an option on the lab results to see if they're normal or not. Nice idea though, I used to want to be an obstetrician and still have interest in medicine.
Excellent , just the right amount of detail in the teaching points with references to support. The drawings do a fantastic job of making the experience a lot more engaging and immersive.
This app is awesome. Every one can use it!! personally i love it .I currently study in 8th grade and want to become a surgen when I grow up , this app over here is the reason of my motivation. It is so easy to learn things. Its landscapes really take you inside the world were you actually are a doctor. Love this app and would recommend to all! The best thing is that if you have a problem and you post it over here they actually resolve it within 24 hours! MUST INSTALL APP !! GREAT WORK !!
Thank you for this wonderful work. I have been able to learn and acquire crucial judgement skills as a medical student in my senior years through interaction with the diverse cases presented in the app. Good good work, keep it up and more for you are able to.
I was looking for games based off of the House tv show. I just downloaded this game thinking it would be like House. It is different. The first case I downloaded I guess I did good in because the lady got better. I knew the symptoms because I knew someone that had an allergy to gluton. Maybe the other cases I will mess up on because I am not smart on medical stuff.
I am satisfied with the standards that this app has kept. The cases are highly realistic, informative and brushes a Medical student's knowledge. But I didn't like the fact why this app keep on deleting cases. Like every month 5 to 7 cases are being deleted. Would be more than glad if I know the reason and request you to not delete Cases and scenarios in the near future so that we can revise the same old cases when needed.
App is very good.. Informations are really good... But i am having some issue regarding using the app.app always opens with full screen.i can not change the view.i am having difficulty to see the words near the notches of my phone..
I don't remember how the ads uses to be, but they're extremely obtrusive now; constantly visible and distracting from the text. I was going to start using the app, but I just uninstalled it instead.
Previous reviews have a done a great job of pointing out how great this app is for doctors & medical students alike. I do think you can add a feature that will benefit both the users and your team. Please consider adding a "Share Case" feature that will send a link of the case on platforms like Whatsapp etc. The users will be able to share interesting cases with their peers & you will be able to have more users as they will need to install the app.
This is the greatest clinical app ever. Comprehensive cases, with logical flow and lovely visuals. Little nuggets to make you feel like you really are in the hospital. Well thought out patients and relevant topics with all the latest updates. In love with this app.
Great scenerios to work with, very useful and fun, you can pick specialties and get hints to learn as you go. No adds. Recommend to students and top professionals.
UPDATE: 4)another big one is navigating Learning Objectives. Can't swipe it away like the rest of the scenario pages. Just "X". It's a good tool but some of the UI choices are head scratchers. 1)The forced landscape mode mandates a two handed operation. 2)Navigation unclear: after finishing a scenario, going 'back' makes it look like the scenario wasn't completed as the stars only show up after you finish ANOTHER scenario. 3)During review, it shows you what you picked, but not the correct answer
