This is a good app but their network is very slow. I'm in wennawatte,wellampitiya. though they say it's 3g, the network works on edge or H+. What's the use in using an unlimited data in a slow network. It's so slow to a level that you'll at times hate to use this app. I'm so annoyed that still they cannot give a proper network Even after there is 5g in European countries.
Waste of time. The connection breaks very often when trying to download something. The connection speed is also very poor. & (this is something that does not concern the app) when I put a reload a large sum of money is reducted for services I didn't ask for nor consented. I've been holding on to this sim for months hoping the errors would be resolved & services would be better, but now I've had it and I'm terminating the connection. Would not recommend to anyone.
Need to know the total data that's available for each purchase. Ability to see how much is used up as you go on. No transpare ncy at all. Also the text messages received on phone says 50% discount on purchases. But when you go into the app it's another story. It's only 30%. Also no additional perks whatsoever - free calls or sms
The interface is good.easy to use but the quality of the connection is questionable cuz we don't know how fup works. It would be nice if you include the feature that shows how much data has been used and when the fup activates. There's no point off having unlimited data when the speed is very slow
This app is great with in city limits only. Very poor in rural areas. Since I travel a lot, this is very inconvenient. Further more we don't now the amount of GB provided to each package and suddenly data shuts down. Is there any possibility to know the amount of GB provided for your packages??
Great internet and customer service. i've been using this for a month now, and I'm really happy with the 4g package. The internet is so fast (almost 20mbps), and the connection is stable. To be honest, i wasn't satisfied with your 3g plan because the connection wasn't stable and high speed. I think the 4g plan is a little expensive compared to the 3g plan. Overall, I think this is the best 30 days internet plan for the price(currently 1999lkr). Waiting for better reasonable packages.
At first everything was good. The speed was good and the signal was also good but as days went by cliq has got really bad the connection is slow (only 150kbps) the connection keeps cutting out and the 4g plan is the same Overall I am disappointed now because cliq used to be really good but now it's just bad and I hope the fix atleast some of the main issues
This app was great then now It has some issues like poor signal, the packages are too expensive etc... mainly i play pubg and the ping is too high on Asia and downloading speed is low but it's fine how ever it downloads. For watching videos on YouTube or Facebook videos this is a great app. So please fix this "ping" problem or i will be switching to a another service i don't have any option.☹️☹️
Well it took me around 5 minutes for me to get to the review screen so that I can give a low rating to this. The speed is absolutely unbearable at times even losing the connection itself at times. Bad user experience. I would even give it no stars whatsoever if possible. A waste of time,money and energy. Absolutely disappointed
This is a good offer. But the down load speeds are not as claimed as it is very slow most of the time. If you can maintain the 4G speeds throughout it will the best app that is available in the market 😀 👍
Hi . I'm using this CliQ app since an year and really satisfied with the network service in our area . But when I travel or move to some other areas its really terrible. but Im ok with the network within my area. Thank for that. And I would like to tell the team that please update the CliQ app because after a reload it really takes a long time to update the reloaded amount and its really irritating when its not updating the amount on time. please do consider this and work up to settle this prblm
Your official site says it works both on 4g and 3G I don't remember it asking for an option to enable 4G or 3G nor did I see the different top up on the hutch app, and when I register with cliq app it always says only 3G supported, besides this the download speeds are horrible, this goes on to show that you marketing team and app teams are totally disconnected, I would suggest asking the marketing team to stand up from their desks and go talk to the app developer / finance team
Highly annoying app. When I use another connection, in the middle of some work this app pops up disturbing whatever I'd be doing, to say that I'vr disabled Cliq. I know that because it's my phone, why disturb me to tell me that??? The worst thing is that this happens while playing a real time online game. Cheap data and a weak connection, we use as it's cheap, but highly annoying.
I'm really disappointed with this app. In the first two months the connection was so good but after that the connection is really low. I'm using a RS 1000 pack monthly. It says that it's unlimited and 4G but it's really not good
Don't waste your money on this app. Used to be so good when Etisalat was managing this. Now it's garbage, sad to say. Speeds are so slow and almost unusable and I'm usually the patient type that doesn't mind slow speeds. It's unbearable even for me. I'm unfortunately forced to stop using this since it's barely usable for average daily use. Forget streaming it takes so long to even load websites, articles and google results. Btw I'm in colombo so it's not Signal/Coverage issues.
Horrible Experience! I live in a city with full coverage both 3G & 4G! I recently activated the 3G 30 days package and I regret every second using it. The download speed barely pass 150KBps so no need to even mention the upload speed. Dialog's time based packages provide much more speed without any limitations of applications.
I've been using this for a few months, and now it's not working properly, connction is too slow, always convert to 3g, and the wrost thing is connection breaks every second.. Waste of time and money. Finally i choose to uninstall this app and change the sim too. Now im not recommend to anyone!
There's no any unlimited experience. They only allow use data upto fup limit. After reach the limit they will change our network mode to 2g. It's not connection problem. Because i have 2 sim cards and i cheak that. Fup speed not enough for use at least whatsapp. So think twice before use this app. I'm very dissapointed 🤮🤢.
I've been using dialog and mobitel for a very long time. Recently moved to a new Hutch connection guess what now I'm enjoying internet without any limitations or whatsoever. Thank you so much for implementing such thing. I'm very satisfied with the charges and all. It is very well Taylor made for my pocket as well. Never had any issues with the speed as well. Very slow while using this app. The maximum hutch 3g speed in my area is around 2mbps but this app gives a maximum of 400kbps. The Rs.998 package has been in operation for several months now. But the problem I have now is that the network is not stable. Can't connect to any online class properly The connection always goes down. I complained to Hutch about this but to no avail. Edit: After complaining via email the error was fixed. Newer phone models apparently do not support the default APN setup. Activated the 4G special life time deal and received whopping speeds of 0.4 KB/s to 5 KB/s. What year is this? 1992??? Utter disappointment. This must be the reason they have their reviews section disabled on Facebook. And also, Im using a different service provider's sim to post this comment as Im unable to load any website with those very high 4G speeds offered by hutch.
Cliq was a great app before I upgraded my SIM to a Hutch 4G SIM for free. I expected my data speed to be 4G, but instead it's H and H+ with severe inconsistency. I can't load a web page without waiting 3-5 minutes, and whatsapp calls are the worst! I can only say 2 words then it says reconnecting. MOVING TO ANOTHER CARRIER.
The app.... The idea..... Every thing is good except for the tricky company.... They give you time based data plan and charge you in advance. But when using suddenly the speed drops.... Every time this happens. Then you have to call customercare . and suddenly it works... for a while .... and the same happens again and again... This is happening to me all the part of the country... Even in colombo... Very dissatisfying......
Obviously, this was something long awaited by many users from the moment where Hutch promoted their immediate succession of etisalat, last year. Update has brought some improvements to the elements of user interface (hutch theme, cash balance refresh on realtime and some other minor additions) in expense of few noticeable and annoying bugs. Specially the one that causing obstructions to in app return/go back/exit command (once you open the app, you can't exit from it). DEVS please check it out!
Overall the app was great but the mobile data connection is super unstable. When you are peacefully watching a video or something all of a sudden you get an unstable signal and you will have to turn off the mobile data and wait for 30 seconds and turn it back on. Sometimes the connection is completely null. I recommend to switch to a service provider who provides a proper network connection. But for now I have to succumb to this madness. ☹️😤😠😡
