Key no longer connecting to Android App. I have tried everything from removing battery to uninstalling and re-installing the app but still not able to discover the key. However, installing the app on an iPhone works, so seems there is something wrong with the android app. Same issue has been confirmed by all our engineers that I have spoken to so hopefully that will give you a better idea of where the issue lies and you can fix it soon

When it works it's ok. But it randomly likes to disconnect your device which is super when you're trying to enter a site for work and have to uninstall the whole thing only to reinstall it and wait for it to reconnect (which crashes or has network errors). Then when it works and you open the door the key disconnects again. Great product with amazing reliability.......no wait that's not it.

The idea is brilliant but that is as far as it goes. I have to drop the battery out of my key every 3-4 days as it will not pair with the App. It's not just me the majority of people in are company are having the same issue. I have already had to change my phone to accomadate this App, after my first phone stopped working after a week.

Almost never works. I've taken to walking around our building to the rear entrance, where we still have a normal M3 cylinder installed for access. Key won't update, and when it did, it was incredibly unreliable. It would say accepted, and still not open the lock. I had to try 3 or 4 times every morning to get in. I'm a locksmith, and would never recommend this expensive junk.

This app gives lot of issues while updating the key. Iooks like it is not compatible wilth Android 9. Sometimes it goes in the loop of Pair=>update=>disconnect. Then the battery of the key has to be removed and pair it all over again. Overall not a smooth experience. Had to call call-center multiple times to get the key connected

*The key should come with an off/on switch. *It tried pairing forever. *It appear paired but cannot connect. *It update but never updating. *One moment it updated but its not stable or consistent throughout the day; when you need it its never updated; it waste time; never reliable. *When its active when the key icon appear on the top of the phone you can't access your apps, yahoo mail, newsletter, carousell, post on safechat, etc

This thing is joke. Whenever I need to update the key, I had to uninstall the app and reinstall the app. But this morning that procedure isn't working anymore. I've been trying to get this thing updated from last 2 hours but still no luck. The app is not seeing the device even when the key isjust on top of the phone with bluetooth ON

Key was expired, phone would not see the key until i removed and uninstalled everything, then reinstalled. Another person here had the same experience. A 3rd person emailed me with the exact same experience. Still the same experience, need to uninstall then reinstall the app bofore it will see the key. Using samsung. Do not recommend for anybody using android.

Product is hot steaming garbage. Updating your key you have to unpair it from your phone, clear the app's cache, pull the key's battery, restart your phone. Then it usually allows you to update when you re-pair the key. If their servers are actually working... Using the key is 50/50, stick it in sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Have to pull it out and reinsert and hope it beeps and flashes allowing you to open.

Too many issues for simply connecting the key to the phone. Restarting phone, removing battery from key, pairing unpairing, reinstalling app,.. on nearly every single time i need to use it. Not sure how it can work so poorly in this era for a basic bluetooth functionality.

it is very unreliable. I was told it will work on any android. It is not working on mine. Please ensure you have clarity of what are devices supported and that should perfectly work without issues. I would have chosen minus 5, but it is not there.

Not connecting to key When tried first time it was good n paired with my Samsung Jmax then I upgraded to Samsung M51 their was problem it only shows in available device in Bluetooth history (tho not pairing ) and even in app it just buffers as scanning for nearby device and that's it!!! So disappointed!!

This is probably the world's worst app I've spent the best part of an hour uninstalling and re installing this app it is completely and utterly useless and does not work do not waste your time and energy its time wasting buggy and most importantly does not work complete and utter rubbish

Unreliable Garbage 💩 The latest update has stopped my key from pairing. This could potentially prevent me from attending an emergency gas leak. I have had nothing but grief with this app since we started using these security keys. Companies considering using this, I urge you to trial it for an extended period first.

Damn Bugged App, Key Doesn't Appear until you clear all the data of the App and reset everything... This thing is so much frustrating and makes it too much tricky to use, it's not piece of cake for any random guy unless you're a techie... Please simplify this app and work on proper connectivity...

Had to download again as new device for syncing the key and this version does not find the key when scanning but it's definitely available as can be seen on normal bluetooth search this is going to cause me a major issue

Most worthless time killing system, and i had to change the battery of the key when the battery charge was down to just 60%. Can never be paired with the key in atleast 2 attempts 98% of the time.

The key does not gets connected to app need to reinstall the app n add the settings everytime whenever being used. Please resolve this issue. This is happening every now n then I'm fade up of the system n its support

everyone I know has issues with these keys and the app. complete waist of time and effort just open one lock can take hours to pair and update key. can i bill you for the amount of time I've waisted on this thing. how do you make something so simple as a key that's worked for centuries difficult?? give it to a cliq/abloy or whoever you are

Absolutely useless app. Refuses to update my key. Been trying installing and uninstalling and pairing and unpairing and removing the battery for hours now to get it to update and set the f-ing time on the key. Keys shouldn't be this difficult

Annoying. Does not connect with the key when needed. If you are lucky only then it works otherwise you waste your time by fiddling with it.

I use a Blackberry Motion. The app goes from connecting, to available, to disconnected, and cycles thru this till I shut the damn app off.

Can't connect Terrible way to use a key that is so important for your job. Phone not connecting to key have to reset ,Uninstaller app all the time. Terrible

Horrible, unable to update a thing most frustrating when your at work and you need to pair or connect. Not great. Please resolve android app.

Always show time is not set. Update key. But key is not getting updated and always shows error.

Probably one of the best worst app I've ever seen can't connect to key fast takes a lot of time and waste of time installing this app.!

Total garbage. Whats the point any idiot can download the app and sync the key. Top tier waste of company money. Half the time it doesnt even work. Eats batteries faster than r2d2
