but it doesn't give me warning every day like this, your apps keeps running in the background and everyday my phone keeps giving warning me about it, and seems like you people can't even fix it. i know many androids apps keep running in the background but this annoying warning doesn't show everyday like this from your app,

This app is not reliable for payments. I will uninstall it. My company provided reeards and converted to Cliqq Paymant Funds. I have bad experience because of the following: - 711 branch is not always online for receiving CLIQQ payments. I end up falling in line and paid in cash. - The app is not updated real time for the latest balance. I kept on refreshing and relaunching app. Later learned you have to specifically go to your Payment History just to refresh it. I ended up paying in cash again.

So glad i could see the points I could get by buying frequently at 711 but it does not makes sense to have a reward/points app but never having to claim the awards at any store. Swear i have never been into a store that actually allows me to redeem any awards, they'll always say that they're out of stock, till the reward voucher just expires. Also the app took time to load

Fix your offline cash in method for GCash. I often times encountered it's always hard to generate barcode. It's always an error. Right now it's already a day and still couldn't generate barcode for my transactions. Please stop this malfunction system and never let that situation happened all over again....

50% loading then system keeps crashing, tried uninstalling and installing, same thing keeps happening. All i wanna do is cash in without touching the CLiQQ in the 7-Eleven stores cause of this app.

Pls redesign the app and its interface. It's not visually appealing to the eyes. Ads are very intrusive. Pls avoid ads if possible. Will give 5 stars afterwards.

Thumbs down! Keeps on crashing after the update. Can't do any transaction. Tried to reinstall but still getting the same error.

Can't able to transac with "add e-money" feature because It keeps on loading up to 50% then it goes back to main menu. Anyway, I already uninstalled the app, very inconvenient.

Associates don't know how to use the E payment. Since I don't have cash onhand they didn't let me purchase in your store. 7/11 at megaworld dacudao branch. And I am also not able to send feedback in the cliqq app.

app is good it just that at the store machine sometimes can't processed the payment and need to bring cash still because they can't void the order if their machine won't work. that is not convenient for the customers.

this is a scam app!! i buy drink at 7/11 which is amounting to 35.00 pesos and my balanced is clearly 224.00 pesos before the transaction and after my transcation at the cashier my balanced turned into 94 pesos i just only buy drink! nothing more. so dissapointed.

i've just recently used this app but somethings not right.. on the profile it was not my name that was saved, it was other peoples name and i can't change the name on my profile.. where can i complain about this issue?

Loading just stops at 50/100. If I select others the app crashes. Please fix this, I have reinstalled the app several times, it still doesn't work.

Been using the Cliqq, it was a very helpful app, but for now i keep on reinstalling yet the payment updating ends to 50% and it stops. No longer working at all. Very disappointed user here.

Stop deleting my review or i will report you to Tulfo. First and foremost your expiration of points is very inconsiderate! People have been lockdown for years yet you insist people of inactivity should have used it during pandemic? Secondly your system is almost not working at all times. I have hundreds of e-money that are totally wasted. Lastly your promos in point shop is not even part of essential items.

You can't even pay using your Cliqq wallet on bills payment or E-money transfers. Just a generating barcode app. This app is a good for nothing app.

I paid my bills yesterday, 12Apr22 but upon checking today the transactions, there's an error in acquiring the status of the voucher. The app is not updating the transactions 😡

Their system is down twice since i installed this app. I can't use the cliqq wallet so i have to pay in cash. Very unreliable.

What the heck is this, you put a gcash cash in, but when I will pay with my wallet credit the staff say they dont accept e wallet payment from the app, what are you doing, people, I was at emergency, what should I do with the wallet that I recharge. Could you refund my top up.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
