So tired of the updates and having to Uninstall this app and then reinstall it just to clock in for work. Why so many updates. Stop trying to fix stuff that works fine to begin with. Duh!
The app is easy to use and the customer reps are alway ready to stay on the phone until your issue is fix now for those of you having Samsung phone stop blaming the app and take time to clean your phone storage once in a while trust me it help.
Due to an update my app wasn't working correctly. I use this app for work so I needed it to be working. Called the headquarters and they were very helpful troubleshooting the issue.
I just updated the app last night, it shuts down refuses to let me clock in. It acts like it is going to load than closes out. Fix this cause this is the only way I can clock in an out for work.
I like this app but right now it's making me very mad it won't let me clock in acts like it's going to it's going to round and round and round I restart my phone it's still not working it's going around around and then it says it's will not connect to the server they need to update this app because my job you leave a messages and tell him when you work and stuff and then never returned your call it's very aggravating
The app has glitches sometimes but the team is quick to solve the issue. The new update seems to have resolved the glitches that the app had.
Uses yellow and can't see screen. Timer doesn't work. It can be anywhere from 10min off to six hours off.
Since the update it won't even open so I can use it. Once again can't sign in. Now it says update but it doesn't do anything and I can't get in the app
Always freeze on androids have problems clocking in out everyday Need to be able to calculate the hours you've worked through the week. Six months later and it still no good worse ๐ than before I have to reset the phone to clock out
Tech support helped!! Now the app is working. I had to clear the data after reinstalling the app. Thanks for all your help๐

If they need to get a better system that works cuz sometimes it says updates and it kicks you off and then you don't know your clock-in clock-out for your work so they really need to update or get a better app

Not working Still having problems after clearing the data .i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it same problems and error codes and server not responding
I was having issues with it after an update but I called the headquarters and a gentleman named Roberto was very nice and help me fix it!!
Annoying. Sometimes I cant clock in because it keeps saying "server not responding". Just a shame.
Clocks me out when I'm running errands for my clients. Does not ask if I'm running errands just automatically clocks out.
Was working yesterday till you did this newest update now it will not open i can not even clock in for my clients for my job! Not cool in my book it needs to get fixed asap!

Installs but crashes after 4 minutes have to keep signing in and out
Keeps clocking me out and doesn't shows the days clocked in app needs alot of work
After I clocked out theres no way to see my time. It resets to 0 as if I didnt work that day

This app is a nonstop problem. I either can't login, or when I do, I can't logout. I've been having to use timesheets again because my job can't pull data from this app. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the data and cache. Nothing works.
