App is very buggy. When I want to see footage, it loads, not plays, and goes back to the list of footage. Unacceptable.
Not able to configure with this app. Not stable and user friendly. Using this app on and off as there is no alternative.
this need some updates specifically the play back can't pause, play, fast forward and download doesn't download all the video all some parts of it
Working better now but I can not allow my google account to send email. the web application is still very poor doesn't work on linux ubuntu. Can anyone suggest a far better app?
When u download a video there's no sound...cant rewind or fast forward when viewing what's been recorded...
losses connection and won't reconnect. should be easier that this.

UPDATE ON OCT 18: HASN'T WORKED AT ALL FOR ABOUT A WEEK NOW. GARBAGE AND UNUSABLE. old review: It is very fussy. Sometimes it works great and other things choppy it crashes. Currently, it only lets you view 1 event on the disk and then crashes. Ridiculous. Mine has never had sound and have had it a year and a half.
This app is the ONLY way to access my device and it has been extremely unreliable through the last few updates. The last update now DEMANDS access to functions of my phone it DOES NOT NEED. Don't give it permissions to these functions, it refuses to work at all. Can't even access my device anymore unless willing to sacrifice privacy.
I rolled back to the original app and it works well. Support has been working on updates and I have no doubt they will fix the update issues.
The app doesn't work after the update , it keeps on crashing.
It do not connect. If somehow gets connected then gets disconnected in few hour randomly. Need to try multiple time to connect. Very bad
Basic camera app that does what's supposed to do.
The sound switch option button is missing. You can not hear your video playback . So I can not jive a good rating.
Latest updates have no sound option any longer. Bring back the audio and reviews will go back up.
This app was great until they remove the sound option I don't understand why they would do that. why? That's one of the #1 reasons why people buy it so you have taken away one of the options that we bought it with.

Unable to view video remotely. It just keeps loading.
cam quality is way better then competition and app works great as well. CON if you use app you cannot just start up another app and quickly go back because it will freeze. lets say you checked your cam but got a message and checked your message if you return to cam it just hangs. the annoying work around is you have to close out all background apps and restart this app and it will work again. a hassle if you need it to work in a moment's notice.
