DropBox Sync does not work. I've emailed the developer several times and no response. I see others having the same issue, but no response or steps to fix it. I'd really like this app to sync across devices and offer a browser-based version. Those that do (PomoTodo, for example) charge an annual fee. It would be 5 stars if it could sync and if it had dropbox (or other storage) sync.
The best pomodoro app out there, but needs a few things. I need to have the ability to also choose the notification sound for the START of a timer segment type, not just the end and ending warning of the timer segment type. (I want a different alert telling me I've started a long break vs a short break). Also need the ability to tell the timer, "auto start next timer when this one completes" when it is set to auto-extend at its end. Other than those quibbles, I love this, can't live without it.
I was interested in this app mostly due to its Todo.txt integration; but that's locked behind a paywall and the "try for free" button doesn't work. It seems like a nifty timer. But none of the other bells and whistles matter for my purposes without a solid implementation of Todo.txt, which I'm not going to pay for sight unseen.
I am not able to put pre end chime during the end of pomodoro. It's silence, even after I tried to change it. Please give me a solution. It's a pity since I am a long time user of this app. Edit: Another review here helped me resolve this issue, by allowing sound in notifications. Glad to to able to use this app again. A great app for being focused.
The best pomodoro app for one reason - there's an option to automatically extend timer. The settings are, however, not easily understandable, so it does require some random poking around. Also, I don't see any option to export settings.
The best click system I have used dvd tried so far.. I use it daily. Love that I choose the sound, the colours, the many possibilities in timing functions. Thank you One more function I would love, would be to set timer sequence for ie 24min going to 5 min, 2 min and then 1 or 3 min without having to change it in between.
The best pomodoro app I've used. Having profiles helps me with ADHD and also to log differently work vs study. It could have some UX improvements (like not hiding the calendar view in such an unintuitive way), or making the settings more intuitive to use, but it works perfectly and I love how customisable it is.
Had been a great app for years, but lately I experienced issues with sound. It seems the media channel is not working. I don't want to use notification, so no, I stopped using this app. ...There are other reviews on this issue. Dev is not responding.
This app honestly has better features than many others that charge 3x what this app costs PER MONTH. I would say that Tasker is a requirement for getting the most out of this app since you have 55 tasker actions in the premium version. I wish this app would become a proper Tasker plugin so that it can be used by anything supporting the Locale plugin framework and therefore Tasker can respond to the various events. This will also make automations more reliable as right now renaming the tasks in Tasker breaks Clockwork Tomato and with 55 actions there is a lot to remember. I also wish there would be checkboxes to select what gets copied between the profiles because i want the audio settings to remain the same between pomodoros, but want to retain distinct widget colors.
Your notifications don't even work, also why can't we change them? Whenever I pull down my notification bar it always shows "25 minutes remaining", no matter how much time has passed. Either way, this app can't serve it's purpose if it failed at notifying me to take a break. 1 star.
You app is awesome just add one more feature. Add feature to name each time interval . There various productivity works we need to do throughout the day but the app doesn't distinguish between so if one can name for what use particular time interval is then that will be tremendous..
I really have focused on improving my consistency in studying this app has helped me a lot to do that. It's really very beneficial and gives you the data of all the time that you have studied in a day, in week and as well as month
Excellent app! I use it everyday, and recommended it to almost all my friends. The only missing features are "pause" and "add 1 min." buttons.
One of the best pomodoro apps. It allows users to change duration according to their choices. Even allows to modify time while a session is already running, that is really unique about this app.
Was a very good app until now. I've updated my phone and now it does not gives pre and end sound notifications. What's the use of this app if instead of focusing on work at hand, you've to continuously keep an eye on the timer?
Does it exactly as it should and is simple to use. It can be set up to continuously proceed to next session so no need to start it every single time. After installing so many apps, finally found the best one on android
Great app, but latest update has no sound in media channel in my S8. Only in notification channel even if the media channel setting is enabled. Cannot use this in public places until fixed.
Doesn't give start and stop sounds. They are not functional. Also, Logs are not recordable in free version. I don't think it is wise to get the pro version.
Good app, works very well. But since adding to my new phone, the app timer sounds disappeared. Now I'm left with choosing from the built in sounds.
Excellent. Fully configurable. The clockwork is free with no ads. Its widget is very nice.The small fee for unlocking all the features is a bargain. Many thanks
This app is awesome, and it's feature of cumulative counting is very much attracting, which is not available in most of other pomodoro apps. And interface is quote good.
Hey, the app is really good especially considering it's mostly free and only a one time purchase if someone chooses too but there are a few features i would like: 1) Google Drive Sync 2) A stopwatch mode instead of timer to see how long you've worked that has no alarms. 3) Different work selections. Like on can be studies and other can be work out or so, represented by another colour 4) Not a priority but making the UI a huge lot better as it does seem a bit out-dated.
