If you don't have an upline the conversion takes too long. I'm on week 2. Accessing Jarvis takes repeating the same function every time. And why can't you view the money you make, in 'returns'? Instead, you have to tap 'levels' then 'partner' and look in the blue box. It's not user friendly, takes forever and leaves you with more questions than when you started.

While the new design of the app is decent its self, the sound played on the splash animation is SUPER ANNOYING, especially since there is no way to disable it other than turning down phone volume. Also, customer support is non-existent and you can only sign up with a ref code (no problem for me but people wanting to get involved will first need to know or find someone with a ref code).

Be careful. These guys started out great but im not sure what happened. They wont answer emails and i have been trying to do a withdraw since october 31st... It keeps getting stuck processing. I have emailed 4 times and used their in app help which no one ever answers either... Can we have the cto wallet that was awesome back? Truly enjoyed it up until october. I will be glad to change this review if someone actually answers me.

App asks for access to storage, camera, all sorts. I always say no to these things. Now suddenly after recent update the app doesn't work because of this I think. I just get nothing or blank screen, so I can't access my funds unless i give them access to my storage... not impressed... please fix asap

Scam App... It's been over a year and a half and I can't access to transfer out. I have over 2 thousand in Jarvis and 8 hundred in CTO. Now I can't even get into Jarvis. I have sent numerous messages for help in transferring everything out and no one has responded. I keep getting no internet access error. I want my money back!!!!

An update to my previous review. Since they upgraded to 2.0 I have been unable to log in. I have sent several requests, asking for assistance and now over 3 weeks later have yet to receive a reply. Will be uninstalling the app and writing off what I had invested. Please be extremely cautious about using this app. There is zero support when things go wrong and trust me they will most definitely go wrong. If you have a large investment, be prepared to lose it all.

The program looks good, the key players have good pedigrees and they have performed as promised since May 19. They are now known as Cloud2.0 in recognition of Management's accelerated, expanded, and improved vision. Watch for new releases from now until the end of year. Not a typical ICO at all as the main show is already up and running. Wallet and tradingbot going well with big plans ahead. The wallet is a nice piece of software and easy to use.

I have converted CTOs in the past and for some reason it is not converting it in the past 2 weeks. It constantly says " wrong google authenticator" .But there is nothing wrong with it, since I have converted in the past. I hope somone can help me out.

Very easy to put money into the wallet and Jarvis as well. Not so much when you want to withdraw it. Haven't been able to withdraw funds out of Jarvis. When trying to reach technical support, the app just force closes with a non responsibe pop up. My advice is to stay away and dont get scammed.

What a technology we have in cloud token wallet, the first of it kind in the crypto space, thanks to the developer of this app, it is working perfectly well. With constant update shows that additional functionalities are added. Thanks to Ronald Aai and his team, great job guys. 👍👌👊

SOLID 3 point.. 1) After few month investment, for past 1 month i am been shown 'connection error, check internet'. 2) No use of the cloud token as its can't be used to exchange to ETH or other coins. And for 4 month they disable the conversation 3) Online chat agent : Useless !! Email send : No response !!! LOOKS LIKE SCAM TO ME !!! INVESTED MORE THAN 1K USD ALDY, WASTED !!!

This is the worst experience ever, My crypto currencies are gone as it has been more than two months now and I have not been sent my crypto, it doesn't even let me login anymore..... Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally not Good, I can't withdraw my money, i have sent for withdraw sent for over one month now and it has not been accepted, but when i try to deposit money instantly was deposited into this app, and this app has no customer care support...for over a month i have sent messsge to them, till now no reply. I will advice you to think well before investing your money.

This app is awesome I have been getting paid everyday just to store my crypto. My first month I made a profit of $4200. That does not even include the price of btc going up. Anyone who says anything negative about this most likely never even used it.

Scam app, do not put your money here, you can't withdraw anything I got proof , don't believe these people on here that say it works they just want your commission since only C4 and higher get paid! They most definitely don't have your best interest in mind, also can't communicate with them, they won't even help you get your money back! Stay away from these type of scams! I got in too late and haven't been able to withdraw since I got in it September 2019, no help from leaders, or cloud 2.0

New but very well designed and user friendly. No completions and constantly updated with new features. It's heading for greatness.

I have been waiting since December 2nd 2019 to remove my ETH from the Jarvis project. It says that the crypto in the project gets locked for 6 months... But it's been longer thant that. I've always been able to withdraw and buy with no prob from the wallet. But I have a lot of money in the Jarvis project that I'm afraid I will never get back. I've tried emailing several times with no answer from anybody. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! CAN SOMEONE ANSWER?

This is the best wallet ever,.... Just loving the idea of MR AI...... But my suggestion is, there should be an option for withdrawal whereby someone will just click on withdrawal and the money will be paid straight to one's bank account, instead of converting to other coins and start hunting for buyers...

So far so good. The performance is excellent given when it all started. My deposit has increased by 34% since i started 8 weeks sgo. I have had money in the bank for over 3 years and have not received even close to that amount. And you can withdraw at anytime. I recommend you get on board with Cloud Wallet.

Well, I guess for some people this cloud technology is great but I'm wondering how to get started. I feel like this is a exclusive club that I can't be part of but only a few can participate. If referral codes can only be given through other members then please say so. I've contacted customer support several times and no response so I guess I'm not important enough to join in.

Those who decided to discontinue this program are at the receiving end: 1. Their CTO rewards were denied 2. Their original investment haven't been refunded within 14 days as specified by cloud token. Some as small of 500usd initial investment. and taking as long as 70 days without refund. I have reference numbers. Cloudtoken wallet has proved to be fraud. I will review this if cloudtoken refund my initial investment in USDT and of those I know and are still waiting for refund

Although I do not recommend downloading and using this app, it is good to know that when using this "wallet", you do not have proper access to your cryptocurrency, as a normal wallet should. My assumption is, they lock your cryptocurrency into holding on their own accounts and use it to invest in their own profits and pay you out the promised 6-10% in their "CTO" currency. At first it may seem as if you are making good returns from the payouts, but if you cannot take back / re-earn your capital, on top of the promised return, you are ultimately making a loss. When you try to withdraw your money, you are told it takes 14+ business days (17th day as of today; my accounts have still not received my withdrawn funds) which is not how a standard wallet works, as you should always have access to your funds and transfers should only take at most an hour or two. If you do decide to use this as your wallet, I would highly recommend not putting enough money in to jeopardise your financial needs as you may not get it back.

Easy to put your money inside the wallet or Jarvis. You are getting daily rewards. But once it time to withdraw your crypto, you can be disappointed. I'm still not sure, have I been scammed? I've been waiting my withdrawal from28th of September, today is15th October. After long time status Processing it shows me withdrawal Succeed. But crypto never appeared on my wallet yet. Totally disappointed.Also there is no meaning as Technical support. Stay away! Don't recommend to transfer crypto here!
