Cloud Gallery

This is a very useful option, in order to take these photos, off your phone temporarily, place them somewhere else, so that you can put them on a hard drive, on a computer, when you get home. That way, you have more room on your phone, to take more pictures. The optional ability, to automatically delete the photos on your Phone, once they are successfully backe up to the Cloud, is a very useful feature because then you are not constantly reminded that you are running out of space on your phone

I can't understand why there's no "Select All" option for the checkboxes. You have to go through and tick each photo/video individually that you want to download. When downloading an album with many photos, it's a real nuisance. Almost every app you find that has checkboxes/multi-select has a "select all" option of some sort. It's just common sense!

I have used other cloud based storage services, and this is the worst! I had very important files in my cloud account, and had thought they were safe, but it looks like I was wrong. They simply deleted my photos and account without telling me. I would never use this app again, and I think that their policy to simply erase files just like that is very inconsiderate and awful to say the least. I would never recommend this app to anyone, please do not use it if you care about your files!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used G Cloud for several years. It was easy , free and backed everything up. I recently bought a newer phone and was having problems backing the new phone up. I contacted Tech support. Within 24 hours they emailed the steps to correct the problem. The problem was easily corrected and everything is backing up to the Gcloud!!! Thank you so much!

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the Cloud Gallery app, along with GCloud, on both my phone and tablet. It's design is simple, user friendly and they start you off with plenty of storage! Plus, if and when you need more storage space, they give you the option to buy extra space or earn more storage by completing a few VERY EASY “tasks”, best feature by far!

I've been using this since 2015 or so. It used to be pretty fine till date. But now, not able to see my pictures on cloud gallery. It has become one of the worst ever apps on my phone. Uninstalling it. Older version of the app was pretty kewl and user friendly. Developers pls look into it or you may have to see a downfall in the app installations

This is a good app for SURE,especially if u pay a small monthly fee of about $4.If you're looking for a FREE service to trust with ALL your memories though, this may not be the one.. I read the comment about losing pictures of loved ones (obviously those can't be replaced, my heart goes out to her) but u CAN get a VERY GOOD & DEPENDABLE backup for cheap. I'm not very tech savvy, & I'm sure there are many options out there, but I KNOW IF I can figure out & use this one than ANYONE can!!😁

My albums are there when I open the gallery, but when I open an album, all of the photo squares are blank. I click on a square and get "cannot load this image". Any new photos that I try to add don't show up - just a blank square. I'm paying good money for something that doesn't work. I may not be anymore if this doesn't get fixed.

GCloud...what have you done!? I am not able to backup anything on my phone! The app has now been rendered useless; no backup, no data, no restore, and no easy access albums; an endless rambling of photos just now showed; still no way to backup, options to do so are shaded out; I just paid for another year of unlimited...FOR SHAME!! (Samsung Note 9/Running 10)

Cloud gallery is the perfect addition to G Cloud! I finally had my chance to put the 2 apps to the test: Iwas hacked and I was forced to do a hard reset on one of my devices and, naturally, I panicked!! Then I remembered that I backed everything up to GCloud & Cloud Gallery and after the quick and easy data restoration process everything was completely back to normal!!! I had to remind myself (at times) that I'd even done a factory reset! That's definitely a first...Nice Work, G!!

DO NOT USE/ BUY THIS APP!!! It used to be great and pics,videos etc. were organized so that they were easy to locate but now they are a mess. There was an update of some sort which I didn't do or have knowledge of and now it is unorganized. All of my videos won't play. It says that they need to be downloaded and I have 100's of them. I can't go in and download every single one of the videos it would take forever!!!! Please fix this asap because right now it is absolutely USELESS.UGGGGGG

This app is an awesome way to store your pictures, and videos. You can restore your pictures at anytime and review them. Very user friendly and easy to maneuver. So have fun with it and enjoy. You will love this app. It's safe, keeps them all on one place and secures your pictures and videos from being accidentally deleted or lost.

I backed up all my files after installing this app and then my phone was stolen and I installed the app on new device however half my files are gone and the other half show up as empty boxes. I have tried to share,download and restore my images, none of which worked so the images it says are backed up, I can't see or use-which makes that a huge waste of time cause it took forever to back up- and all my music files are completely vanished. now my phone is gone and my backup i discover is useless.

Cloud Gallery is an excellent storage space tool! All photos and albums are saved exactly as they were! Nothing is amiss. The one problem I have is, the first time you back everything up, you need to buy more storage right off the bat. Lol. Thanks, Google!

GCloud Print aught to let me get actual 4x6 photos so I have control of the order of my pictures. Books are great but they nearly let me select photos and not order them. Really disappointed because I used to be able to pay so much per picture so I could sort across different people's albums.

Been using this app for quite awhile now and I do really like it but it definitely has room for improvement.... I never seem to have enough space and it always says my acct is expired.... The app also needs to be a bit more user friendly. Took me a long time to figure out where things are in the app, could be organized alot better. I do highly recommend the app thou :)

Worst App! I made an account way back in 2015 or 2016. In 2018 I started using a new phone with all old photos remaining in the app. I regularly opened it to view them too. I last used it in March 2020. However when I opened it in April 2020 I was logged out and failed to log in again. Upon contacting them I was informed that my account had been deleted due to 60 days of inactivity (according to their data I last logged in sometime in 2018). I did not even recieve any warning email!

Cloud Gallery is a convenient & easy app to use where I can store all my data, photos, contacts, etc. without the fear of losing everything. It also means I can see it all on my other devices, a great asset.

It does everything you can imagine and more they let you earn extra storage space they organize all your photos and videos everything is were it should be and it's the safest app when it comes to your personal information and data and third party apps. They are great 100%

I like this app. It automatically loads you picts after 30 days. Even you go into to the app it saves your picts. Sorry not word savvy but I haven't had a problem with this app. And also if you run out of space you can buy more or it gives you other options that you can earn them for free.

This is a fantastic app. Makes it very easy to edit and organize photos and videos!! Very user friendly interface, and works well with the G Cloud backup app. Two awesome, helpful apps!!

Great app that backs up my photos to their cloud server. Their UI is creative in ways to find and to organize your photos. Another great feature is the ability to acquire free storage as well as paid.

this is one of several cloud backup apps i use. i have had no issues with cloud gallery and find it easy to use. never put "all of your eggs in one basket". in addition, i recommend keeping a hard copy of important information on a card or stick you update occassionally.

I got this app as a 2nd backup method simply because...well, you just never know. It hasnt missed a photo yet. I have, for reasons unbeknownst, had some pics vanish in other apps. Opened this app and there sit my photos! I was soooo ecstatic... definitely tried and true! Has video backup capability & you can share pics to different social media. Mine does plenty without rooting but works in conjunction with G Cloud app. So save room for both, G Cloud to backup & this one to view. Thanx devs A+!

Only downside to g cloud is that they only allow you to purchase a capped amount of just straight storage. Once you buy all the storage space you have to switch to a monthly or yearly plan to continue using the service. Once that day comes for me im switching to a new backup service. Sry g cloud, otherwise they do a great job.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Had this app on my old phone, and it WAS completely reliable. (Still have that phone.) I installed this app on my Jan 2012 new phone. Opening app, NO import nor backup option, anymore. Huh? SOMEHOW, THOUGH, ALL of my Memories SINCE June 2020 (per my old & new phones) DID display in this app. ALL WAS IN SYNC, right?? NOT!!!! **ONLY THE HANDFUL OF FOLDERS I'VE CREATED ON MY NEW PHONE THE PAST 2½ MONTHS ARE LISTED in the ALBUMS! Why?? Am contacting Developers for assistance.

What an exceptional App !! The development team, coupled with the administration team, deserve all the praise they receive, as no other application available can compare with this one, hands down. personally I can't speak highly enough of "Cloud Gallery," and have no hesitation in recommending same. Well done, guys, keep up the great work.
